You need to setup all of your tractors with the hookups for the little Battery Tender Jr! I have all of mine setup and I've been getting at least 10-years out of my batteries. You could run a single extension cord out to your tractor shed, and have a couple of them on trickle charge all of the time. Also if one does go dead (or low) you can just plug in the connector instead of having to remove the battery box (really nice on the Farmall M). Keeps the batteries from freezing and REALLY helps with the battery life. I just changed one battery last night, and figured out that I bought it in 2007! Not too bad!

I enjoy your channel, I have a IH 786 that I am learning to work with. I am up in northern Wisconsin, so snow is always fun. Never had a tractor before, so I have a lot to learn. Purchased a little over 100 acres most of it I’d thick forest but I also have about 30 acres for crops. Since I didn’t grow up on a farm I have a lot to learn, and this is just a retirement

Love ur show brother, so some young guys mite scoff at a gaser but they start soooo well in the cold weather, plus they put up very similar power numbers when compared to the diesel engine (which are great too) in fact put a late model gas 706 (with the 291cu in, like ur 756)side by side in the field with a 706 diesel (both weighted and tired the same)and there is little difference in performance, cheers FF.

We use a snow bloweron the back of a tractor because its the only efficient want to move snow around out farm, would take 10x longer to push it, have to move it 4 - 5 times. Just blow it and its gone. We got 16 inches on monday. My dad started snowblowing at 7 am and didnt quit 7 pm. ofcourse stopped for a few breaks and lunch and to shovel infront of doors. Did pretty much every housee on the road, around 14ish driveways...backwards the whole time, not a big deal..just a lot of people struggle to drive forwards so they should never attempt to go backwards.

I got a solution for your batteries not lasting. Install a disconnect on the battery. When not in use for a long time the battery will still be changed. I have one on my tractor and the same battery is still going strong.

Only a clown trys plowing snow with a little angle blade. Plows for tractors that small only run 4 or 5 hundred on farm sales and 2 passes and its done and won't just drift in twice as deep as your ridges.
