she was by herself because her whole team hasn't recovered from the last fight. dva and the meka squad are like their countries police force.
This was kinda In the wrong order but ok
On a darker note, if you look ,one of the doctors was holding a pair of defimulator paddles, meaning when you get that glimpse of the docs, she had just had her heart restarted. Not a lot of people notice it until their 3rd or 4th viewing.

fist bump well she is a soldier, and many of them do develop ptsd and anxiety after returning home

@@chainsawboy2388 A borderline child soldier that has her face on every screen in the country and on a lot of the food and drinks, and is considered one of the only things keeping untold millions of people from being killed. And a government/society that constantly lies about her reality and treats her like a product, dehumanizing her (South Korea being uber capitalistic to a dystopian degree? Total unrealistic.. totally.. definitely.). Yeah, I'd be utterly fucking shocked if someone like that didn't have some kind of crippling anxiety and PTSD with a bad coping mechanism.
She acts like a star on the outside, but on the inside shes a warrior, a patriot and a soldier. She fights not for fame, but because she loves her country and her people. She fights for those she loves. This is why she was chosen for Overwatch

All the character stories do connect but most of the shorts is to show how they became a Overwatch hero and the story of adding more hero’s but the story line in general throughout the game. Love you guys!

They HAVE to make an overwatch movie
Some people think that was actually talon ( the terrorist organisation with reaper, sombra, doomfist and widowmaker ) that attacked south korea a the attack pattern did not line up and they are more similar to talon this would fall in like with talons goal of restarting the omnic crisis
Diva's the only one around because the rest of her squad is on leave and the machines were not expected to attack again for months.
They attacked again early to catch the city off-guard.
Can't remember but there's a reason the city doesn't have anything like a shield or guns.

Ok so Incase you guys don’t know but at the high that Dva fell plus the accelerator that the explosion gave her would most likely make that water that she landed on be something like landing on concrete or at least it would make the impact a lot more damaging than normal
