I had the same thing happen to me last year. I even made a video of it with screen recordings. I would always comment on political issues (you can guess what side I'm on). It started with random political comments getting deleted, but then it became a complete censorship of all of my comments, on any subject! I was able to confirm this with my other account. After about 6 weeks of not being able to comment, I did a live chat with a YT Tech agent. Took about an hour of trying everything from updating the app, to me commenting on a total random video with one word, sending the Tech a link to that video, and he said he can't see it. He said there was no explanation. So I said commenting is a huge part of my CZcams experience, and I would cancel my CZcams Premium if this continues. He apologized and that was that. Nothing he could do. I noticed about three to four days later I could comment again. I kept the comments non political. So I refrain from commenting on political issues now. Sucks, but I'm not just here for politics, and I don't want to go through that again. The video I made (it's like 34s long) is called "CZcams is Deleting Your Comments", on my channel. Censorship is real and does happen here!

YT does not have to allow free speech since they’re a private company, BUT, they’re censoring certain people and not treating everyone equally, and trying to make us believe it’s the channel creators deleting or holding our comments - WHY would a channel creator do that when a comment says exactly what they or their title says? Also, the algorithm is not a good one, and doesn’t know context! I can write those words with spaces and misspellings and they don’t get caught, plus, they’re normal, UNoffensive words. I have a list of words that YT is not allowing me to use, and they’re ridiculous - I’ve been testing it, and what I’m finding is crazy. WHY did they not ban me, like a 24 hour ban if I was breaking the rules? Not telling us, and not saying if the shadow banning will ever end is unfair. Bush Jr.'s first term was my last time voting as a repubican. I left political parties and voted independent after that. I was pissed because Jr. did not partially privatize social security (which he said he would do), and he signed the McCain, Feingold act that brought about super pacs (which he said he would not do). I voted in every election except 2 my entire voting career. Not just 2 big ones. 2 total because of travel. I voted in local, state, and federal elections. I have a list of words that YT is not allowing me to use, and they’re ridiculous - I’ve been testing it, and what I’m finding is crazy. WHY did they not ban me, like a 24 hour ban if I was breaking the rules? Not telling us, and not saying if the shadow banning will ever end is unfair. I read 1984 back in highschool in the late 80's. Back then, it seemed far fetched to me. Now it seems eerily realistic. That shows u how fast we're losing our freedoms.

I love you Brad, and I'm not afraid to say it. I am 50 years old. I was a Republican at 18. I voted for Bush Sr. my first election. What a moron I was. Bush Jr.'s first term was my last time voting as a repubican. I left political parties and voted independent after that. I was pissed because Jr. did not partially privatize social security (which he said he would do), and he signed the McCain, Feingold act that brought about super pacs (which he said he would not do). I voted in every election except 2 my entire voting career. Not just 2 big ones. 2 total because of travel. I voted in local, state, and federal elections. I was the most politically active and knowledgeable person in my clique. I actually removed my name from the voter rolls a couple of months ago. It's all so bad. We live in a corporate oligarchy. I don't hate Trump. I voted for him twice. Once in the primary and once in the first general election. That was the last time I voted. He gave us warpspeed and the lockdowns. They do want us angry. They do want us fighting. This is the most insane time in my life and I have completely divested from the political scene here in the U.s. I hardly recognize myself. Anyway, Thanks Brad. Brad I have been diving deep into the 🤐 comments dilemma for a few years now. 2023 towards the last season of the year it started to hit a new level and by the beginning of 2024 it finally got so rampant and brazen even the most braindead were realizing it was happening.
I began noticing it start for me specifically anyways way back in 2020.

I've noticed that sometimes when I comment on livefeeds I don't get any responses, so I check the comments with another account and my comments don't appear from other accounts. This doesn't always happen but it does occasionally. I know it's happening in the comments under videos as well.

Often what happens with CZcams is they will actually PUSH the videos where you call them out on their shadow banning and censorship, because obviously the response will be "well I'm seeing this video, so obviously you aren't being censored."
