He are the right man with the right qualities at the right time. Look what he have done with a considerably lower budget at Brentford. He have proven not only to get them up from Championship but also proven he can/could keep them there despite also being hit by injuries/obstacles.
Thomas, like Klopp, can both crack a joke and he can tell media off, if needed. He are deeply likeable and a person that motivates people to bring out their best for the TEAM. If the Man U squad are getting a clear out and new material incoming Frank are the guy that can make all look in the same direction benefiting ALL.
Frank have all the PL insights already at a high level. He can focus on coaching, as Ineos wants.
Frank have proven to be a winning horse. I like winning horses!
Maybe Ivan Toney following along could be a good centre and forward oriented player that could be a great goal scoring supplement with Bruno, Mainoo, Amrabat feeding and be fed in relation to Rasmus. Ivan are like Rasmus unselfish. He can score but also shown under Frank he, as Rasmus, seek the best solutions to benefit TEAM. I can see Rasmus and Toney make a great goalscoring partnership. And if one are out, the other can stand alone.

@@nevillewhite5559 LOL, I am not in any way related to Thomas Frank BUT have followed him for 2 decades and he ARE a winning horse. He have done well where he have roamed. I want the best for Man U that I have followed for 4 decades. THIS ARE the RIGHT TIME for what he offers! I had never seen a Brentford match before he went there but have followed their development on the side and they truly now work as a TEAM. Man U truly need same development so we can utilise the powers we have available in the squad, at any given time, better!

Adam, on the next manager, its not about who's 'available' (out of work), Ten Hag was in Ajax & we got him, managers can go from club to club.
Every manager should be considered even if they are in another club (if they are right for the INEOS plan), they can move if United negotiate for them
Sacking Ten Hag & hiring manager in work could cost up to £20m? No European football is real possibility & club already on the brink of breaching financial regulations.
The fanbase almost has Stockholm syndrome where ETH is concerned. Too traumatised buy all the manager changes in the last few years, so they are fearful of changing again.
I think we must though, as ETH isn't charismatic enough, his man management isn't good enough and he's not tactically good enough. One of those you can maybe get away with but not all three.

Tuchel was sacked, then Bayern didn't get any of their top 4 replacements and went back regretfully to him. Of course he is going to have high demands. It's partly about regaining face.
How can people not understand that? And obviously his demands would adapt depending on the club he is going to join.
I would give ETH the end of next year and then change the manager, Adam .

I'm in favour of Ten Hag going because I, and even his actual supporters can't find anything good about him but I'll believe he's going if I see it. I wouldn't want to get my hopes up based on stories and comments in the media or just plain common sense, which hasn't exactly been common at United since David Gill left.
Does Tuchel want 'the United job', or does he want 'a job'? I personally think a lot of the talk is coming from Tuchels side, trying to drum up some interest, although I'm sure that is not necessarily required.

These youth players were at the club yrs b4 Eth! These youth players have been coached by the academy and passed along to EtH. There is some delusional thought's that only EtH is responsible for our youth when in fact it's been gifted to him!!
