Received mine no problem and ordered a geekcreit AC 100 - 240v to DC 12v 5a 60w convertor. Only $6 on Banggood, turns this into a nice home charger also. Much cheaper than the AliExpress AC adaptor for nearly $70

As for number of subscribers, if you ask any CZcams channel what percentage of their views come from their subscribers you might be very surprised at how small that percentage is. It is probably in single figures. Of course 1% of 8 million is still 80K views and I don't even get 1% of my 80K subscribers. Such is the wonder of CZcams,

    Hello, dear Andrew!
Please check the charging mode of the lead battery Pb.
Is the charging voltage set to 14.4V and 14.7V?
Is it charged only up to 14.10 or is it charged as installed up to 14.4V and 14.7V?
    OK?

It does not charge. Under no circumstances. Maybe defective. Brandnew, tested with two accus and ToolkitRC P200. Charges with 0,03A only, although one accu is empty. Btw: You really should drink some more water!

The main thing I don't like about this charge is the capacitance touch
screen can be a bit infuriating to use... as there is no tactile "bump"
or "dot" to know where the button is like if you're in the dark or
swiping blind... and sometimes you have to swipe rather than push. I
always seem to press too high or too low for enter or go back and end up
    pressing the arrow keys.
Also, the pop out feet seem rather
fragile and you always forget to put them down, blocking the fan. It
would of been better if they put the fan exit on the back, or put 4
rubber bump feet on all four corners underneath to support it off the
surface for clearance for the fan. Otherwise, it does what it was
    meant to do.
To get the $22 price, you have to buy it as a group buy from the mobile app on Banggood... otherwise it's like $31.

Thanks Andrew. Is it also capable of charging through the balance ports only, or must the power leads always be connected to the battery being charged? (Obviously it's faster with the power leads connected, but I have some batteries that don't use T60 and I don't mind charging them slower through the balance port only).

The problem with the M6 and M8 is charger, which it balances during the entire charging cycle. This is not necessary and therefore the charging process takes much longer. You can see it, if the cell number is highlighted, then the voltage value is frozen during balancing. Li-Battery packs that are connected without a balancer will not be fully charged. I can not recommend the device for charging. The device should charge without balancing until the battery is almost full, and then balance. This is what all my other chargers do (ISDT, HOTA, ...). I do not use the device for charging, but only as an adjustable voltage source.
