Leek, carrot, potato and milk soup - Recipe without cream, easy and creamy

A very good way to make children (and adults) eat leeks :)
The milk brings a creamy side without adding cream.
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 onion
1 Leek
Vegetable oil
6 Carrots
4 Potatoes
500ml of milk
Pepper
2 stock cubes

Oui, il n'y a pas de crème dans cette recette, elle est remplacée par le lait 😉
