Scott. You are super blessed by an awesome wife, awesome kids that live to fish, an awesome dad that I've followed since I was a kid. You're just a couple years older. I would like to have gone the route of a pro bass angler, but I chose going into the Marine Corps. I don't regret it, but life after Corps is not what I had imagined. Sometimes I think, what if. However, then again, I probably wouldn't have met my wife and had my own daughter to fish with. Maybe one day I can catch you at Pickwick Lake in Alabama. It would be an honor.

i love how he is using spinning reels! i use baitcasters for heavy jigs and deep swimbaits and spiners but i use a light spinning reel for everything else!

Do you remember fishing a December tournament on Okeechobee just before you went pro? We won by over 5 lbs. I believe. One of the best memories I have. I knew you'd do well and you certainly haven't disappointed me. I would love to fish with you again sometime. I remember all those boats flying by your old Ranger heading to the weigh in and you saying, "They wouldn't be going near that fast if they had as much weight as we do in their livewells". So what tune did you use to get pumped up with for this tourney? LOL! Tight lines brother!
