#youngroyalsseason3 #youngroyals #wilmon You can find me on both twitter and ao3 under the username @museraphoria if you want to freak out about young royals and wilmon 🥰💜
I love your reactions! You always have a fresh take and an interesting perspective that other reactors tend to miss or not even be aware of. The fact that you are not just an avid fan of the show but also speak from a writer/editor's perspective allows for (imo) a presentation on your platform of the many layers surrounding these dynamic characters that Lisa has created. It makes for a very rich experience, just listening to you break things down!!
Thank you so much 😭 You have no idea how much this comment brightened my day, as I am aware that my reaction style isn't the most popular on youtube 😔 I don't even do it on purpose lmao I think I've just never been able to casually watch something 😭 At least not cleverly shot/written pieces of media. Thank you again for your love and support 💜
I'm sorry the love making in this scene upset you a bit, although you did say you appreciated the way it was filmed. I thought that that scene set to a choir singing "Uti vår hage" (a traditional Swedish folk song) was the most beautiful way of showing their love I think I have ever seen. As with "Holy" playing with the scene in season 2, Lisa and her crew find the most perfect way to present everything. Because, to me, their love is indeed sacred.
I never said it got me upset? 😭 I use the "👁👄👁" to signify my face going blank or when I'm intensly focused on something. I do understand the beauty behind the choice of the song, I read the same article as you 😊 I was just taken aback on my first watch and obviously didn't focus on the lyrics given what was happening on screen lmao 😭
I think Linda was also a bit more strict because she knows addiction runs in the family. Simon’s dad is an alcoholic and an addict, so when Linda hears that Simon was selling drugs I think she instantly becomes scared and remembers all the dark moments from her marriage.
I think that Simon is still considered as regular citizen, even dating the prince, so royal curt can't force him to do anything. Maybe this is the reason that they always ask Wille to talk to Simon. They can talk to him, teach him, (it's bad that they don't do it), but at the end of the day, Simon can do what he wants, since he is not the official member of the royal family.
I agree! But I also sometimes wonder if they're being less supportive because they're hoping they'll break up? This way they can pretend they're more progressive than they are without actually providing support. But I definitely think Simon being a private citizen is the more important aspect
Love your deep and insightful analysis this s1-3! When you’re done could you also please do the same watching the documentary ”Young royals forever” as a full circle moment. It’s so interesting and amazing about the bts with cast and crew and the creation of the story💜
thanks for the reaction and thoughts , really enjoyed it as always 😊 also, didn’t know you were swiss, hi from another part of the country 👋🏼🙃 btw: the bad buddy snippet… hilarious 🤣😍🤣
@@nanana_naaaa7346 I genuinely never knew there were multiple languages spoken in Switzerland! Is it common for people to speak/learn both German and French?
@@MonicaEmeline there are actually 4 official swiss languages!! 😂😱 I grew up only swiss german, so not bilingual. but we start learning french in school quite early here. Don’t know how it’s done in the french part 🙃
I fully agree with you when you say you wish Wille would defend Simon... it annoyed me throughout the whole season that he never spoke up🥲 especially after we saw August defending Sara
Right??? 😭 There are so many ways he could have handle things. If he was nervous about making a scene he could even have gone to the people afterwards and talk with them, or even simply check if Simon was okay??? But apparently not 😶 It does play into the whole "Wille is blind to how much Simon is affected by the situation and doesn't understand the racial implication in most of the things Vincent says" but... sighs
You know what, when I think about the difference between August and Vincent being jerk, Vincent's, ehm, jerkness is kinda more, I don't know, disgusting for me in a way. Like, Vincent, as you said, is racist, homophobic, sexist and any other kind of "-ist" jerk, whereas August is mostly just a jerk, without any real... preferences like that? At least he doesn't live his life for constantly making vErY sMaRt JokEs about any kind of people. August for me looks like a person who actually can develop into something bearable and maybe even more than that, but with Vincent I'm just... meh. Maybe I remember s1 too bad to recall all August's voicelines, and later he was just too overwhelmed with his problems to actually do that stuff. In any case, it's fun to discuss)
This season is so turbulent but they manage to bring issues up in an organic way which I haven't seen in other series.
Yes!!!! It feels very natural and organic!

@@lovemyshelf Yes, upset was perhaps too strong a term. But, what article?
@@67Second It's okay don't worry! And I sadly don't remember but an article about this specific thing was going around on twitter last week 😊

Oh yes definitely!
August might have gotten Micke‘s address from the prescripted drug bottles…
Oooooooh yes! Thank you!

8:30 I'm guessing a regent selected by the royal court would cover for a minor until they reached majority age.
Yes, that's what I was thinking too!

what do you mean by fall? if you meant "fourth", you can't find it bc it doesn't exist yet. i haven't started editing yet, sorry 😅

I like that he's ridiculous and hilarious but he's a bad person in a lot of ways. Good for comic relief though.
