This is the third episode of a Parkrun series, where I run and film parkrun races and routes across the UK and summarise them in 5 minutes!
This episode is in London at the Victoria Dock park run, just East of Canary Wharf. The course is a 3x lap wonder, on surfaced paths around a huge dock. Could this be the flattest parkrun I've tried??

Another top class vid Mike! Surely with all the turns it can't be that fast. My knees would pack up 🤣 We went on the cable car and the wind swings it. Extremely scary especially when you're right up the top dangling over the river 🤣 Keep the great vids coming buddy! 😎🤘

Great video Mike 👍 I've heard a lot about this parkrun but never done it myself so good to see what it looks like. It seems similar to one we have locally, Hove Promenade, in that it's pancake flat, next to water, but also a bit exposed so any bit of wind you definitely feel!
