I used to be so skinny like so skinny like McKnight twins skinny and cute 😂 And I gained a lot of weight like seriously 70+ pounds over the course of about 3 years or so. I just really let myself go and was binge eating with my depression. So at least you have a great excuse! You had a beautiful baby girl 😭😍 I wasn’t pregnant...just struggling. So you got this! I know this was posted a year ago, but this is helping me so much. Like everything you were saying in this video is exactly how I am feeling right now! I’m 2 months postpartum with my first baby and it’s been so hard. Like I really don’t know who I am anymore and I put on so much weight during my pregnancy and have lost that much since giving birth. This is just helping me because I know I’m not alone and you are more real than most of these other moms that I see that just get skinny literally 3 months after giving birth. Thank you for being real and honest, I love your videos!

Hey Isabel, I just watched the first episode of Daniel Tosh's new podcast "Tosh Show" and he interviewed his wife's gynecologist and the subject of weight came up and the doctor said it's basically impossible to lose weight while you're breast feeding. I wanted to let you know that it's totally normal that you can't lose weight and you probably shouldn't rush it. Buy some comfy and attractive clothes in your current size and be gentle with yourself. I would breastfeed for as long as possible, and just be patient with your journey. Weight can always be lost, no matter how long you have it, and you will get there, in time. And Nikki is so kind, and creative, and hardworking, a beautiful transpiration.
