Thereâs a lot of BJJ content out there, and Iâd be hard pressed to argue this channel isnât the best, most comprehensive, and helpful there is. Thank you Jordan- Oss
I appreciate that my friend. Thank you!
This channel is by far the best! Jordan rolling hypnotizes me. Heâs so smooth with it! Maybe 1 day Iâll be half the roller
Is or isnât? Got mixed signals here guy
I have to agree. Jordanâs videos are so well structured. I have autism and he gives the details that really make sense to me. I love the conceptual teaching style.
Dude for real! Big facts and big respect brother thank you so much @jordan
I'm a brown belt and honestly, the kimura/kimura traps are the biggest part of my arsenal. Gi and no-gi. I just love how strong that grip is. So easy to control people with. Great video!
One of my favorites too. It's overpowered!
Thanks for this. Im a white belt and I was taking the back from side control multiple times tonight. I watched this video yesterday.
The editing and just the way this video was put together is next level. Watching 4 minutes of this video is equivalent to watching 20 minutes of similar content.
Hi Jordan, 50 year old blue belt here! Love your videos and the way you teach. I've been watching your videos multiple times to improve my technique. Keep it up.
Happy to hear that man, and happy to help! Thank you!
By far, the best BJJ instructional channel on CZcams.
Agreed!
Heck yeah! The long awaited Kimura trap video is here! That spin to the back deserves style points, I canât wait to try it. This is probably the most informative kimura trap instructional Iâve seen around. Thank you sir! đ„
Thanks man! Glad you like it. Everyone check out this channel. It's awesome. Highly recommended!
I was going to actually comment for you to upload this ASAP because I have comp on the 20th! Thank you for this Jordan!! â€ïž
My pleasure man! Good luck at your tournament :)
Hope it goes well buddy!
@@e.t.893 iâm actually getting ready to go as iâm typing this. Your comment put a smile on my face. Thank you so much âșïžâșïž
@@MustiiDrums Nice to heat that:) Have fun bro:)
Howâd it go ?
The best BJJ channel on CZcams tysm
Been waiting for this one!!!
Thanks for being apart of it Mike!
@@JordanTeachesJiujitsu Always a pleasure! I learn so much from these videos, they really drill home the technique.
Easy one of the best BJJ channels out there! Loving your work Jordan
Now you are talking my language! Love the kimura trap.
By far my favorite jujitsu channel
Thank you! đ đ
Man, the amount of details in this video is amazing. Helped me the other day in a tough roll. Foot in the hole to a finish via armbar. Thanks.
Jordan, again an amazing video! As a white belt I been under the impression that the kimura is only a finish. Now my mind is blown away that there is SO MUCH ahead of me to learn.
BJJ goes deep! Always something to learn. Glad you enjoy the video đđ
i used the kimura sweep today for the first time thanks to you. fit into my game very easily. i didnt use the leg properly but i loaded the hip and got someone passed my center line and then put them in a triangle from the back. im going to fine tune this shit and become poetic. i thought of you lol. you are practically one of my coaches now fam! oss!!!!!
Hey Jordan! I've been going to BJJ class for 6 weeks now, after watching this video I managed to land my first submission on a coloured belt. A 1 stripe blue belt at my club who I normally can't get near. I got the Kimura grip and got to his back, held onto the grip and transitioned to the armbar to get the sub. Huge moment for me and I'm so grateful for all your content!
That's amazing to hear! Great work đ
Awesome stuff man
Yeah boss, this one's golden! Top 3 of your videos for me.
Kimura trap! Yes! So excited to see this
iâm a white belt and have been training for a little over a year. i decided to work on my guard game and i started working the kimura trap back in march. since then, iâve caught all different belt levels with the sweep and iâve moved onto working the transition to the back. this is definitely my go to and this video just gave me even more avenues to go down. iâm competing in 2 weeks and have white and blue belts in my bracket so weâll see how it goes. awesome video
Howâd the comp go
This guide is DOPE! Ever since i've started watching you, i was waiting for this one. Thanks a lot! Greetings from Brazil.
Love Your channel and your energy, keep the work.
Thanks man đ
Iâm not usually one to comment, but this channel is the best jiu jitsu content on CZcams in my opinion (but thatâs coming from a white belt, so take that for what itâs worth đ). Thank you, Jordan! đ
I appreciate that! Thank you!
This whole method of the system explanation, from the if, then process to breaking up the video into parts makes learning more digestible, like you say the path of least resistance.
Iâve noticed from the commentary videos that you have this down to a science and an art. Thanks for your effort, time, sacrifices, and dedication.
Thank you so much! I put a lot of effort into all of this. Glad it's noticed and appreciated!
This kimura trap is so awesome, I've been nailing arm bars like crazyq
I love the kimura trap, it's one of my highest percentage systems. I get it from half guard all day! Thanks for the finer details Jordan! OS
125lb blue belt here, don't give up guys!!
Yessss, i've been waiting on this for a while now. Thanks Jordan!
Hope it was worth the wait!
Saw this a couple of weeks ago in my classes, seeing it after a while makes it much clearer
Sweet! Was looking forward to this video! Thank you Jordan!
Thanks for watching man!
Your content is constantly one of the gold standards on CZcams!
Awesome vid. I rewatch and always see something new. Thank you đđœ
By far one of the best bjj channels!! If not the best, love your content, and the way you go through every little detail
Excellent video that Iâve rewatched about ten times over the past few months whilst my ability to execute these techniques effectively has gradually improved
Great video! Always learning so much from you. Thanks
Been waiting for this one! Didnât disappoint man đ€đŒ
Just got back from class and we've been working on this đŻ psychic !
Yet again you are elevating âa moveâ into a more complete system of moves. Bravo!
Thanks Chris! I am happy you found it useful đ
Fantastic video as always. Been incorporating the kimura grip a lot more and this video was very helpful! Thanks for all the great content!
Hey Jordan. I injured my leg during rolling back in January but I have been following you since I found you last year. Your videos make great brain food while I've been recovering and your concepts of stapling an arm while you go for a submission is one of my favourites. I made a tentative return last week to the mats and hit a couple of your kimura entries from positional sparring. My partner asked "have you been watching youtube videos or something?" Yup! As a fellow Canadian, hope to drop in and train with you next time I find myself in Onterrible.
You are my jiu-jitsu CZcams Master!! đ€
đđ
Definitely one of the best BJJ content on CZcams!
Love it as always bud, knew the back take portion of the trap and a few counters but this has that extra depth to really make this a usable system for me
Yes!!! Finally, the long awaited video. Love that you break them down into entries and subs. Makes it really easy to digest :)
Only 5 months late đ . Thanks man!
Youâve been hinting at this one for a long time. Didnât disappoint. Very excellent instructional. The one screen notes, the slowed down movement with real time and voice over commentary are so good. This is such a high quality video for Kimora traps. Itâs going in my saved file for further study.
I will be looking for more open elbows to attack from guard.
Amazing video! So grateful for the work you put in to alleviate our Jiu Jitsu game, Thank you Jordan!
THANK YOU! I have been piecing this together from various youtube videos. I am a huge fan of the Kimura Trap and much love for putting it into one video.
Awesome! Our coach has been going over this system all month. This video compliments well what weâve been learning. Thanks!
That's the best way to learn! The same technique and online really solidifies it into the brain!
Great video, as always. Iâve been working the Kimora trap during open mats, this will help me so much!
As always, this video is gold. LOVE the system approach. Really helps place this all in order in my brain. Thanks you for the hard work and dedication đ
đŻ agree, the concepts and systems approach.. I feel I process it better that way! đđŸ
Thank you Jordan for sharing your skills and knowledge.
Just wanted to say I really like and appreciate your content, very informative and easy to understand. Keep emâ coming!
This is fantastic. Thank you very much for all of the time and effort Iâm sure it took to make this video.
I'm sure these videos are a lot of work, so thank you so much. Technique chains and showing different options from a position is what makes your videos so valuable to me. Great work! Please more like these!
Solid video. Iâve never done a kimura. Will definitely be training this
Really like your content jordan. Thanks for your efforts!
Have learned so much from this channel, thank you. The narratives behind all the techniques & live rolls is đđœđđœ
This morning is magic.
đ
Awesome!! Look forward to incorporating this. Great content as always! đ€
The wait pays offđ thanks Jordan! đ
Great video. Thank you Jordan
đïžđ
This is so freakin' good. it was worth the wait!
Thank you Jordan!
I got a knee injury 6 months in to my BJJ journey and Iâm almost ready to get back on the mats, canât wait to bring some of the stuff Iâve learnt from your videos with me!
Awesome video, definitely helps put things in perspective!
I watched this video this morning before nogi class and I used the kimura trap (sweep) in a roll! As a two stripe white belt it's awesome when you learn something that resonates with you and you are able to use it in live rolls, adding a new technique to the arsenal ! Really loving your videos you have taught me so much ! Love from N. Ireland
Happy to hear that man!! That's so cool to me. Keep up the great work!
Dude thank you so much for this!!! Keep up the great work đȘđœđȘđœ
Great instructional! Thanks!
love this video... so useful for training.
Thank you!
Awesome video!! đ Thanks
Jordan your videos are among the best I've seen. Keep up the great work.
I appreciate it man! I will. Thanks!
I just started BJJ about a month ago and the details in these videos are really helping my understand things. Thanks for all your hard work producing these.
Love the channel dude. Great stuff. Love the kimura trap video best. All about the grip in general, but trap guide is clutch.
We need more videos like this! Really helpful!
More coming! :)
I never make comments on videos but you are my favourite BJJ CZcamsr and one of the reasons I started last year
Thank you so much! Very kind of you. Glad I could help get you started đ
Thanks for the free game, as usual , very detailed and concise advice
Thank you for your videos. I love your channel âđŸ. I am i white belt from Germany and you helped me with my bjj. Have a nice day âđŸâđŸ
This is gold. Thanks so much đ€
I wish my Jiu-Jitsu progression was as fast and professional as your amazing progression in production, content, teaching, and ethics. What a pleasure to learn so much from your videos.
Thank you for your passion for the art of grappling et al..
I appreciate that so much my friend đ Glad you recognize my hard work!
Dude thanks so much for this. This sort of naturally became one of my go to move sets, but Iâm still not able to finish like I should. This will help!
Glad it can help! đ
Me too man! I just finished 3 of my 5 rounds of the comp I did today with the stuff I over-watched on this video. The man breaks it Down
Really well explained and illustrated. I'm not sure why but your content is much clearer than your average jiu jitsu channel. Thanks for adding this to supplement our training!
This is a great video, Jordan!
THANK YOU so much !! These days, I manage to get the kimura grip but I was stucked not knowing how to go further, particularily against bigger opponents. This help me so much !!
One of the most useful videos I've watched! Thank you so much
Glad you find it so useful!
Mate, you are putting together the slickest instructionals on CZcams. There are a lot of furious Brazilians out there trying to sell their dodgy videos shaking their acai stained fists at you.
Haha thanks man! I've noticed my influence on other channels already. It's really cool.
OMG I never thought of having the kimura and rolling behind them and having their back thank you big bro đ€đŸ
It's such a great technique! Glad you like it đ
Greetings from fort Wayne Indiana. Just wanted to reach out and thank you for all your help. I've been grappling since 2009 and know I learn best by drilling over and over again. Most videos on CZcams are hard from me to learn from because it's generally a specific move being taught. I love your channel because you cover concepts that are applicable on a broader sense. I don't need to drill it to learn from your vids and you open my mind to rules I should follow when rolling. Great channel manđ„
Duuuude! I wanted to post two photos of my kimura trap to kimura finishes on here but I canât add photos! Your video upped my kimura game 100%. Did my first competition today and I wanted to send a photo of my proper knee down, elbow down form finishing the sub. Youâre the man Jordan. Keep the content flowing. I wish I could send these photos though man. Thank you
That kimura sweep being one of my Main sweeps in my game now. Youâre a boss son
Was awesome!! I was waiting for this one, impressive how your channel is growing. Great content, great results. Thank you to make this one.
Thank you! It's been some insane growth đ
Great video thank you. Gonna practice kimura traps alot now
Was waiting for this, great video, thank you very much
Took me forever to get to it haha
Great content as Always !!
Great video! I love kimuras! I truly think itâs one of the strongest submissions!
Your content is đ„
Porra. Undoubtedly the best Kimura video I've seen. Thank you so much for this
This is very helpful tnxđ€đŒUr interview at the bjj fanatics pod was good đ
LOVE this!! My favorite video so far :) thank you!
Glad you like this one! This one took a lot effort đ
Love the video. Quality instructions as always!
Thank you đđ
This video is amazing! Thank you!
Love this system! Thank you đđŒ Jordan for this video, Iâm gonna have to work with this more and more.
I'm loving your work man - i follow quite a few jiu jitsu channels, and the detail / concepts you go through definitely take it that extra step. Thank you!
Thank you so much! I appreciate it đđ
Pretty awesome. Thanks for the breakdown.
