Financial Abuse Allegation, Home Visit: Alleged Perpetrator Interview

This training video will walk APS professionals through best practices when interviewing an Alleged Perpetrator during a financial abuse investigation. Demonstrated skills include: de-escalating conflict, clarifying conflicting answers, and having difficult conversations. This is a great tool for APS Programs and Supervisors to use when meeting individually with staff and/or in team meetings to reinforce or coach staff around this interviewing skill and to support the transfer of learning from Core training to practice in the field. This video can also be used by trainers to reinforce learning objectives and skills during training.
