In today's video, I dive into the SMMA onboarding process I use within my own agency, the Affluent Agency.
Onboarding is the time to address questions and concerns and ensure the client understands the services available.
It can also be the most time-consuming part of the relationship because you’re just getting to know your new client.
You’re learning about their products or services, goals, brand, and brand voice, not to mention requesting access to all of their social media accounts, logins, and tools they might already be using.
If your client onboarding process isn’t ironed out, there might be a lot of kinks in the process that can irritate your new client (and you) before you even start.

What do you tell clients who don't know who their personas are? I run into this All the time. I usually end up analyzing their accounts to figure out basic persona characteristics.
If the clients Business manager isn't Verified, how do they get it? or do we as an Agency do it for them?

Hey Daniel, nothing wrong with that dude, but this structure here is what has worked insanely well for me, which is why I recommend it.

If you have a media buyer do you put them in the whatsapp group as well or not?:)
I guess if you know how it works and you can answer the concerns promptly and properly, no need to add other people on whatsapp group. But, it can also be beneficial to add them... first hand reporting👌

I'have a suggestion, google have introduced a new chat feature in Gmail, we can easily make a chat room and join our team and clients, everyone don't have whatsapp but everyone have email.
But not everyone, has Gmail.
Jordan what version of whats app do you use? Is it Whats app Bussines or API?
I would suggest WA Business, the API is for much larger organisations where as Business is ideal for 1-1 customer comms. If you need more than one user/agent to access the account, then Business API is what you would then go for. Solo operator use Business.
Just the standard WhatsApp app!
