That should fit no problem, you'll just need to trim and drill the few parts I show in the video, very simple install, and cheap also! So far it's holding up great, just make sure to use some locktite

I went to install this kit on my 2019 800 trail and with the rear the A-arm fully extended I still need about 1/2 from the bolt holes to line up? I checked all the brake lines to see if one was holding it up and wasn't.
Anyone come across this problem? I didn't want to force down to hard on the axle.
I watched 3 different vids on this and it seems super easy.
It was quit tight when I did it so you will have to push down a bit to get the bolt in
Would you have a pic.of how the rear brackets are mounted.im not positive mine are installed correctly

Hi did it settle down much h after a ride ? Did you still have the full 2" lift ?
It's still holding around 2 inches, so far very pleased with it
So on the back brackets it doesn't look like you had to grind them correct?
Just had to grind the front brackets
This is just a question but did anyone have to adjust front wheels toe in / alignment?
I didn't adjust mine, and didn't have any issues
I'm beginning to think my brackets were installed wrong or something.my 500 trail with the same kit does not look nearly as high as yours
And this did add 2 inches, I may soften the springs up a bit so it may drop it a tad but not much
Do you think a 3" Lift Kit for a Polaris Razor could also be made to fit on a CFMOTO ZForce 800?
I'm sure you could but you may run into issues with damaging the axles if you go that much, I'd stick with the 2 inch and go up a size or 2 in tires (I'll be installing 28 inch tires this spring)
Thank you for your response - I appreciate and respect your advice and guidance. The 2" kit I bought cost $45.00 and it is only $15.00 more for the 3", but I was not sure if they might also be bigger than the 2" and not fit my CFMOTO (even with modifications). I do want the lift to make a noticeable difference, but I don't want to buy bigger tires and/or rims right now that I don't really need. It looks like I will be going the 2" route. Thanks again.
Just an update to pass on that I finished installing this Polaris Lift Kit on my CFMOTO ZForce 800 Trail, thanks to your video. I forgot to take measurements before the install, but when I measured after, I got the same height as you. I did make an adjustment in the rear, by mounting the lift brackets to the bottom of the shock instead of the top. All in all, it seems to work well. I probably would have liked it to sit a little higher, but as you said, I do not want to damage my axles or compromise the stability of the ride - Maybe someday bigger tires and maybe wheel spacers!? Plus, I recently designed and installed fender flares on the rig , and I don't really want to go much wider than what is on it now. Thanks again!
Just got my lift in today for mine how much did u have to grind down all together
they make a 2.5 for the old z1000 so prob not
