If you work hard laziness goes away but your concentration is on lazyness you become lazy so start thinking like you are doing hard work every day you eventually follow😂it worked for me🤷hope it helps

What I find my mistakes are
I invest time to make Todo list 1-2 minutes and didn't think logically
I just overload my to-do list
( previously I think 💭 making a todo list 20-30 minutes is West of time, but you clear my doubts)

Me bhi overload kar leta hu kabhi kabhi vo demotivation lata he, tab mujhe ye video yaad aati he aur fir me proper no. Of tasks (minimum) lekar pehle continuity banata hu us se me atleast 20-25 din ki parne ki streaks bana leta hu fir vapas overload karne ka try marta hu .

A good "To-Do" list for an average productive person is between 6 to 10 tasks. Again, "To-Do" list are a highly individual thing.
I'm write targets every day but don't achieve property in perfect way
80 -90 percent achievement is enough
Move tasks to next day and try hard to complete it
