Just finished listening to the interview with Rabbi Simon Jacobson. Life wisdom is so important to instill at every age. Too bad the young generation only wants instant gratification, disrespect for others, and developing narcissistic personalities, regardless their upbringing with Torah values.

I think you are referring to when he said 'Ayin Beis'. It refers to a series of discourses delivered by the fifth Rebbe of Chabad. 'Ayin Beis' is a shortened reference to the Hebrew calendar year during which they were delivered. Hope that helps :)
