P.A. killed it in episode 1...they all did really, but she really made me really happy to not live in Northern NY in Winter and just not be her/her husband. I try and not judge but it was so hard to watch while at the same time being so fascinated. I watched it twice and may even watch a 3rd time. Totally blown away. So far, two enthusiastic thumbs up to Ben and all the actors! WOW!!!

I love living in upstate. This movie only portrayed one area- our fall foliage is world known in Adirondacks. God's country to us.

@@commonsense378 I live here too... I remember locking all doors while it was going on... looking outside at night through my window wondering what that noise was... (I actually knew Gene Palmer) I loved the series, I bought it and watched it many times. The actors were great, Benicio is such a chameleon. What a great actor (and hot!). I'm glad they made this event into a series.
