- So after a lot of questions regarding a recent TikTok and Instagram post I wanted to show you all start to finish how I now wear the suit. I can officially put it all on solo and take it off; the last little bits I need to sort out are easy and I explain them in the video!

The first part when he walks up and the mask goes up. Shivers ran down my spine because hacksmith hasn't made a full suit yet! even if it isn't functional with flying and stuff. This guy did a great job.

in emergency situations, suiting up manually takes time and could kill Stark

You know... That is a very big compliment for a cosplayer...
imagine playing paintball with your friends and you walk out with that, you would literally be invincible

it would be annoying to clean all the paint off lol
This shows that one day soon some one will make a real iron man suit..
We just need the insane power to actually power the thrusters and the weapons.
@@Veiroww the thrusters go against all current laws of physics, we are gonna need one hell of a reality bending invention

@@ISAACRICH no, it still wouldnt work as the arc reactor provides energy, the rocket boosters would only be possible with a methane hybrid and oxygen, but the iron man suit has no tanks to store them

i like how his head does not look big like the iron man costumes you can see everywhere in youtube.
mostly because he measured his head while others just print to fit the whole head inside it. the jaw has to be magnetic or your head will not fit

Awesome Build, 3D Printing truly is amazing. I love the use of the suspenders for the underneath of the suit. I've never considered that before. I am building my own Ironman armor of sorts and I am using suspenders of sorts now. I wanted to say thank you for giving me the inspiration and idea of using suspenders to anchor the armor so very nicely! One huge step closer to getting this suit done and secure. My faults were I wanted to be able to get in and out of it on my own. This video has given me some ideas to try and move forward with things. I almost gave up several times on this build but I am excited to continue it now! Thanks again for this great step by step tutorial, well informative and helpful to me and I hope many others! I hope you have a great day!
I really love yours because unlike other suits and cosplays yours doesn’t have giant gaps in between the armor pieces showing underneath. It looks so good and like the movies it almost looks like cgi lol.
This is insane! Looks real and it's amazing that this is home made, I'm blown away. I could watch you open and close the mask all day haha. Just awesome!

This is actually an Avengers level threat
I'd strongly recommend looking into magnetic connectors for your wires (like the charger for macbooks.) It'll let you build the wires into pieces and have them automatically connect as you put on the pieces...

What I immediately look at when people cosplay Iron Man is usually where like the parts that bend where you see the inner layer, this is a really great one cause i cant see it
Thanks! I did a lot of tinkering to make sure the gaps were all covered. Limits mobility a bit but worth it IMO

This blows my mind, you look so cool and you've made it functional and easy enough for you to use and put on. I was wondering how long this all took to print and how much it cost to print worth of filament.
About 1200 hours to print and $250 or about 14 rolls

Dude that is so amazing, and really inspires me to start my 3D printed suit soon. I made a foam/pepakura Ironman suit about 5 years ago, and the Batman armour from BvS so I understand the struggle of wearing uncomfortable/restricting suits, lol.

I try to make iron man suit for my sunday school students as a guest star in our online lecture back in august, but that didn't work at all, but this suit, my God, so good!!! Love from indonesia..
The Ironman, from the movies: used, a digitally projected computer, and a 3D printer, to make his Ironman suit. So, it's very possible: to do the same, if one has the right tech. Remember: if it can be done, in a live-action movie, or a live-action TV show: it can be done in real life.
It wasn't even a full suit he wore I think it was a chest piece and a helmet mostly the rest was cgi
