Please go through the 1(ii) question again as the answer is not correct when we calculate the area there is 4% decrease in area. The answer is 66.66 I think instead of 60. Apologies, if I'm wrong but please recheck it again.
You are actually right. But there is a slight mistake in the question. He was supposed to ask percent change in area. Thats why she calculated in that manner.
The wordings on some of these questions are terrible. They dont even match the calculations. For e.g question number 5 says the whole rectangle has length of 100 and b of 80m so why are we only considering the inner rectangle even??
