That's when all the B.S started ,besides Lewis OWN former manager saying Joshua was better then he was at the same stage......If you actually know Lewis history with the Klitschkos, you know hes a very spiteful person outside the ring. He used to personally call their opponents to give them tips so they would lose..lewis didn't like anyone breaking his records,and hes bitter he wasn't liked in the U.k himself,i was around in his prime. If Fury is as good as it seems and doesn't lose then he will get a title fight against AJ at some point.

    Funny how you guys are talking about how the Lineal title doesn't make sense now. It's been broken no less than 5x since 1890, it doesn't even live up to its own name. It doesn't have a physical belt and no governing body regulates it. In saying that, it is still a wonderful tradition that marks the very origin of modern boxing with the implementation of the Queensberry Rules. It's not to be sneered at but can't be held as a legitimate bargaining tool over current, real belts (even though the governing bodies are a joke).

    • @jambobrowne5999
      @jambobrowne5999 Pƙed 5 lety +4

      The difference is in the terms... there is no lineal champion unless it begins with an undisputed champion, Klitschko should have been named consensus champion because there was a WBC belt knocking about so he was not undisputed, Fury should be the consensus champ after beating Klitschko, Lewis was the last undisputed champ who went undefeated until retirement. The funny thing is tha TBRB have the Lineal champion position as vacant on their current listings and they have decided who is Lineal since 2012 when they decided that since goldenboy bought the ring magazine in 2007 they should no longer decide who is lineal and the board members left and formed the TBRB.

      Are you for real? Wtf are you smoking? To become lineal you have to beat the former undisputed champ.... If you beat just a champion what kind of lineal are you? Then you could have 4 lineal champions at the time.... Why Klitchko was considered undisputed it's something only Fury fanboys know... Maybe they use both names of the 2 brothers and make it one person in Wladimir
