My favourite interview of AJ
Keep it up
Joshua already has my support fully from Salem Oregon...Heâs a beast
Great role model for boxing. Fearless boxer and happy to look after his countrymen. Charismatic, sensible, well spoken and down to earth. This is what boxing needs, someone who speaks English and empowers everyone in the sport and fans alike.
No whispering, no long speeches about nothing, no long delusional speeches trying to sound philosophical like that boy from Alabama. Just classy.
ade2trey and no emotional race cry.... hahaha

Well said pal.
@@fighttoprovemylove3342 you're quite clearly a moron. There is no rematch clause and tyson furys team has already stated they'd rather rest up and think wilder should fight AJ next. Its plain as day to see wilder is ducking AJ because he knows that after he fights AJ his career is over.
Some say; AJ is media trained but I feel he has more wisdom to earn him more knowledge. Great Champion đ
his deffo media trained.. but he is a smart guy
@@fluffyluks yeah you right
The humble shit isnât an act. He appears a private person treating this as a job. I like your description as it seems to align with his growth from the 2012 Olympics
He probably is and tbh i would not like to be going in front of cameras all day without it. Especially in this day and age where one word could destroy your entire career.
Problem with society here.. Guys looking for wisdom from athletes
AJ ainât only boxing đ„ but đ„ cleaver business man đš
Shit head
It's just impossible not to like AJ..Great interview with the Champ!
"Dont stay in your lane, never stay in your lane" hell yeah
AJ is very smart and has a lot of wisdom for his age, he's a talented boxer and a hard worker and a role model.
THE KID GONNA BE A LEGEND, mark my words.
Everyone who doesnât get that Wilder been ducking AJ from day one is a fool AJ shook even Lennox hates AJâs success in 22 fights. AJ is the man to beat
Why would Lennox hate his success .lol all Lennox said was that Aj should come out of his back yard travel to the US and fight Wilder or other fighters outside the UK .
Phantom 94 because AJ get more love in U.K. and eclipsed his achievements in less time and so so jealous of AJ it hurts him so much đ he tell AJ to give wilder more and say he took less đ another imbecile like wilder. Wilder should take less to be the man otherwise tired of him ducking AJ and want a pension instead of picking up a pen
@@phantom9418 yeah go fight wilder imn the us where you might eqrn 50 quid and a dodgy decision like fury did ffs you real?!
Phantom 94 a think if you look a little deeper youâll find heâs said shit loads that down aj
@Phantom 94 Lewis was supposed to be AJ's manager and trainer at the start of his career and AJ decided to go Hearn and McCracken. That's when all the B.S started ,besides Lewis OWN former manager saying Joshua was better then he was at the same stage......If you actually know Lewis history with the Klitschkos, you know hes a very spiteful person outside the ring. He used to personally call their opponents to give them tips so they would lose..lewis didn't like anyone breaking his records, and hes bitter he wasn't liked in the U.k himself,i was around in his prime. His behavior probably cost him a DAZN job .
Wilder need to take notes from aj how to talk well without rambling
i dunno man i seen some interviews where AJ is longwinded without really saying much lol not this one in particular but just saying. wilder is definatley more of an actor tho
Zd0.

Neither AJ or Wilder should even be speaking English. Colonizers are arrogant as fuck.
Get off his tip. It's clear that AJ is a pussy that hand select his fights. He fights for money rather than giving what the people wants.
Adam L thatâs right! He talks with calmness and without pride
Gentleman in a hard spot. He carries himself as a champ... great convo, great respect for the sport, great smile, good for tv, he needs to do more of these..
Too wise for his age,CHAMP AJ!
This is sparta bum boy
Why would anyone hate this guy???
It's very simple.... because they have their one back now đ

Aj the real heavyweight king we need wilder to man up and sign the contract to fight Joshua April 13th Wembley I hope wilder got a pen for Christmas
Anthony Joshua is a fraud! Lennox Lewis said so
Lewis never called AJ a fraud tho, so why you lying?
AJ is a fraud but holds 4 of the 5 main World Championship Belts (Super WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO), an Olympic Gold Medal (London 2012), an Undefeated record (22-0), holds rank 1 in The Ring magazine with the highest KO percentage (95.5%) of the top 10 ranked heavyweights in the division of which he stands atop at rank 1, Unified twice (once outside England) and only started boxing when he was 18... good one

Wildher don't want any of AJ 'till this day '
I don't get the hate AJ gets. He seems like a humble guy, has a great record and has been looking to get that final belt from Wilder for a while now. He doesn't care about the lineal title and you may hold that against him but he may still get it from Fury. If Fury is as good as it seems and doesn't lose then he will get a title fight against AJ at some point.
Smart answers to every question
This was actually a great interview.
Funny how you guys are talking about how the Lineal title doesn't make sense now. It's been broken no less than 5x since 1890, it doesn't even live up to its own name. It doesn't have a physical belt and no governing body regulates it. In saying that, it is still a wonderful tradition that marks the very origin of modern boxing with the implementation of the Queensberry Rules. It's not to be sneered at but can't be held as a legitimate bargaining tool over current, real belts (even though the governing bodies are a joke).
Great comment buddy.
Wilder take note.
Thatâs how a HW Champ conducts himself.
Wilder say heâs humbled. Heâs had a hum alright and Itâs not humble, itâs humiliation.
Never be afraid to ask for help! Omg that's deep.
Nice! Great interview with AJ ;0)
9:56 đđđ
You mean Wilder's face?
Leo the interviewer was like ohh shit hahaha
How can someone except Lennox Lewis as linial champion, but not Fury? The unbroken chain was ended after Rocky Marciano. So if Floyd Patterson can become linial leading to Lewis, I can't see the case against Fury.
Klitschko was never an undisputed champion & wasnât a Lineal champion
The difference is in the terms... there is no lineal champion unless it begins with an undisputed champion, Klitschko should have been named consensus champion because there was a WBC belt knocking about so he was not undisputed, Fury should be the consensus champ after beating Klitschko, Lewis was the last undisputed champ who went undefeated until retirement. The funny thing is tha TBRB have the Lineal champion position as vacant on their current listings and they have decided who is Lineal since 2012 when they decided that since goldenboy bought the ring magazine in 2007 they should no longer decide who is lineal and the board members left and formed the TBRB.
Even Marciano wasnt the 1st break in the lineage. I think "The Man" is formed when someone dominates a division for a period of time. For example your Jack Dempseys or Mike Tyson.
Are you for real? Wtf are you smoking? To become lineal you have to beat the former undisputed champ.... If you beat just a champion what kind of lineal are you? Then you could have 4 lineal champions at the time.... Why Klitchko was considered undisputed it's something only Fury fanboys know... Maybe they use both names of the 2 brothers and make it one person in Wladimir
When did you need to be undisputed to be linial? Do you guy's not understand what linial means? The clue's in the name. It's just a line from first to current world champion and then the man that beat him.
aj is media trained but also a clever man/human with grown up morals..hes come quite a long way..

âWhich will be the toughest fightâ - ânoneâ - fuck off with that bullshit there is another interview a year ago where he picked fury as the hardest opponent.
Yeah, yeah I know what you mean. He should be more ignorant, and speak language in a more unintelligible way, adopt a more thuggish like persona, act over the top and be very loud and shout constantly, be graphic in your language about your opponent, be boastful, and denigrate everyone you don't like all the time and always threaten your rivals and be rude to their families, wear an excessive amount of jewellery around his neck and on your hands, dress over the top in very flash and loud clothing, be rude in your attitude to people and adopt a more crude, menacing and hateful appearance to seem more tough to everyone around you. Yeah I know exactly what you mean.

I donât like these two clowns. Now that HBO stopped covering boxing maybe you can try and get Roy jones and Jim Lampey. I know your pockets are deep so you could do better than these idiots.
I agree..unimaginative questions and they talk too much..they donât allow time for a full answer...AJ canât elaborate.
Why? They brought up the topics surrounding joshuas opinion on the lineal title, and also the stigma surrounding the wilder fury decision. And they interview from a neutral perspective. These guys are fine
Christopher Smith when they bought up the lineal title they did it from a mocking point of view which rallied with AJs views....but as AJ knows very well much of the fight world sees Tysonâs claim to the be the lineal champ as valid. The way they introduced the topic was unobjective and biased not neutral.
