Great video, Kevin! Easy to follow, informative, and detailed. Thank you
Thank you very much. I appreciate that. I do plan to make more of these videos as soon as time allows.
great video. im currently putting a fleet lithium 76v in my CCDS
Excited to see that! That’ll be a game changer for the whole DS crew
Awesome video! I have a 2020 clubcar onward as well and the factory batteries are dying. I just emailed you as I'm looking into my options and this package looks sweet!
My apologies for the long delay it's been a very busy week moving back and forth between Florida and Dallas I will reach out to you this afternoon thank you for your email
would have been nice to see how you install and routed cable underneath for voltage gauge on dash, however nice video thanks!
Sorry, I’ve got to save some of the professional magic for myself lol. It’s a little tricky to show on a six passenger as it’ll be different on various models. Rule of thumb. Just keep the wires clean and out of sight. Thanks for watching!
What is the function of the rectangular orange gage with green & black wires located to the left of the new battery gage just installed?
That’s a factory battery error Light, when the club cars are sitting still, and the batteries are dangerously low on charge this light illuminates orange to quickly indicate to course managers that a unit must be recharged. It’s no longer hooked up and is unused in the lithium conversion.
Is this process the same for converting a ez go txt gas cart to lithium battery?
No, you would need an entire transplant of an electric drive train for the gas cart first
I have the exact same car and used the exact same setup but for some reason after install the Healdights, horn, and Turn signals will not work. I have traced every wire, and every fuse which are all still good. Have you ever seen that issue?
Sounds like you may have hooked your headlights directly to the 51 v source, you need to verify with your dealer if you need a voltage reducer or not
The charging port in the video is round, but the one in that kit on your website is square. I've got a 2019 CC onward with the round charging port like the one in the video. The charging port in the video is round, but the one in that same kit on your website is square??
Both his website and the Fleet Lithium website show the charger as having a round port, as well as the battery-side cable that you attach. It is also not the same as the 3-pin charging port already present on the cart (we have a 2018 Onward).
@@b0bsaget007yep I saw that, but that's not what is shown in this video. The one in the video does not look round. I guess he doesn't want to sell too many of these kids since I messed him on here and I'll message him on his website haven't heard nothing
