I attend an old fashioned holiness church in WV where women’s don’t cut their hair, wear dresses, and when church time comes they are prayed up. Seen “ many uh Bobbie pin “ services. Where the kids go round picking up Bobbie pins where the women shouted them out lol.
What will we say when we stand at the Throne of Judgement. God loves us and Jesus died for our sins to be forgiven and wash us clean in soul and spirit. Please accept Jesus as your Savior if you have not already and love God with all your heart if you haven't already.
Where is the scripture that says a woman can't cut her hair and it is a sin? It speaks about a woman's hair being her glory. All women weren't born with long hair. A lot of AA are born with short hair, If it was a sin to have short hair we would have all been born with long hair. So as long as you have hair your head is covered and you are honoring your head who is the man.

I have a question. I understand not wearing “makeup” and cutting their hair. What’s wrong with wearing a diamond ring? I haven’t seen anywhere in the KJV Bible that it’s a sin to wear a ring. Maybe I’m missing something. I’m just curious about it. Can someone help me to understand this one?
I let my hair grow past my bottom when I became born again. I cut it mid back due to a wrist break and decided I will let it grow and only cut it one more time to remove all the red henna that I put in when I fell into witchcraft and which was symbolic for me and a terrible memory. Then I will let it be my natural color and let it grow. I agree with this.

An old song that used to be sang many years ago when I was a child about Zacheus. One verse says some of the sisters come to church with their hair cut off and gone, little eye brows that God gave them they just can’t leave alone, with a little paint here and a little paint there you just can’t never tell if they want to live for Jesus Christ or look like Jezebel. Another verse says some of the brothers come to church with a stiff collar neck bow tie, they want to be patted on their back and set in a seat so high they’ve got their eye on their brother’s wife and their heart so full of doubt if the Lord really wanted to bless them they’d be too proud to shout. There IS a double standard in this church. You’ll never see me in a church that preaches what it wants to preach & treat women 2nd class.
