- SOOO I did a thing and took a much needed solo trip to Tulum Mexico I stayed at this wellness resort called Diamante K.They offer yoga every morning they have sound baths and reki healing as well. They have a restaurant on the property as well and all of the food and drinks were amazing! I hope you guys enjoy this vlog see you all in the next one !

Proud of you for doing something for yourself. I have felt how you feel as well, therapy, and A LOT of alone time, meditation, & seeking God is what keeps me grounded. People are draining & will drain the hell out of you, which is why I've set strict boundaries for myself. That disconnection "out of body" experience you're mentioning is called "dissociation" it's basically you're spirit trying to flee your physical body due to chronic stress & it's very real!

*Going solo on vacay is fun* *Diamante K is owned by a famous Mexican actor. He has a reality show on Netflix that is really good called "Palazuelos Mi Rey", it can be subtitled in English.*
