It's a bad industry made worse since Covid, I would advise everyone to look for other careers. For the most part you will be overworked, underpaid in a ever more stressful industry. If you must pursue a management career in F&B, make sure the company has a good infrastructure and has proper management support, otherwise you will find yourself working 6 and 7 day weeks being underpaid compared to other professionals in other industries.
