This week's video takes place on the West Coast of Canada, in the beautiful interior of British Columbia. My boyfriend and I decided we would take a vacation, but you know me…work never stops! So thought it would be fun to decorate his mom’s vacation rental! This encountered a lot of obstacles along the way but I am super happy with the final result.

We've got a show here in NZ (and Australia too I think) called the block about 4 teams of 2 doing up neighbouring properties and it's fantastic. But now I need them to do a season as a dating style show haha

I’ve been watching TSG for yeeeears and I’ve neeever heard Kelsey say “eh?” so many times in one video!😂 lol I didn’t think Canadians really said that anymore

Haha canadian here and while I never notice someone say "a" a lot of people do like an "eh or ah" at the end of sentences haha and sound very much like the movie Fargo.
Like when people end sentences with "hey"
I just started watching Vanwives and those two Canadians say "eh?" to each other constantly. I've never really heard it much on any of my visits to Canada, though.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how much of a badass, powerful & determined woman Elliot’s mum is?? That’s a huge project to have taken on! Also it’s so great that he’s with Kelsey because he must obviously appreciate how strong and capable a woman she is!!
Totally agree, loving a strong, determined woman requires a great deal of self confidence in ones self, so no jelly, envy resentment creeps in.
Elliot’s mom was so sweet 😭 saying Kelsey over and over when she was complimenting her designs. Idk why that was so tender to me.

I actually prefer the floral light over the plain frosted globe! Brings a real ~cottagecore~ aesthetic to the whole bedroom, especially with the antique dresser!
And goes well with the headboard too! Makes the bedroom its own space within the unit, a little different than the great room, but not too different.

Love love that u have been doing so many makeovers with majority thrifted/secondhand pieces!! Sure other channels will thrift like a piece of art or a vase or some bowls but truly nobody does it like u guys!!! The extra effort to be budget and eco friendly is definitely noticed and appreciated!

At the end of final touches I saw the deck and said to myself “that wasn’t there before!” (went alll the way back to the beginning of the video and confirmed LOL) but when Kelsey said Analise built it overnight 😦 she should be so proud of the work she’s put into these homes!!

This is probably one of my favorite recent makeovers. I love how realistic it is and how you guys relied on only thrifted items and worked to make it look great. The final result looks great! Full of charm and character :)
I actually love the old school shade in the bedroom, it ties in with the worn look of the dresser really nicely! Plus having the old classic books as decor is a perfect accent to the whole cozy vintage vibe of the room
