100 grm coriander seeds
50 grm poppy seeds
20 grm mustard seeds
2 bay leaf
5 clove
1 finger size cinnamon stick
1elaichi
1tsp turmaric
lemon size tamarind
4 onion
1finger size ginger
3 pods garlic
5 green chilli
2 tsp vinegar
1 kg pork meet ( note according to your meet put the dry masala
salt to taste.
