I feel like most of the guns on this list, players don't really see/complain as often anymore. The BFG is still used as much as it is in like 2019 tbh. The rest of the guns were annoying in specific time frames when things were either OP as heck or when the game was really really bland so it stood out.
The thing is, its harder to come by a hecate camper than a bfg camper. I think the more hatred towards bfg comes from the availability of it and with the guaranteed 1 shot kill anywhere up close.
I still see Hecate campers being much much less harder to deal with than BFG campers, so I'd dislike the hecate more. BFG at close range isn't any way annoying imo, I run it with remove stock and heavy barrel, SCAR irons on it at close range and nobody complained ever.
@MorlocksfromTheTimeMachine that's not what I meant... when you sneak up on campers, there's a chance they might just try to shoot you with their sniper, if you get shot in the hand or leg, you're fine normally but a big will one shot to the limbs as well
I run Malcom 6x on my kac srr and it's good. It's so good that I run global offensive on my dt11 because of how clean that reticle is. (DT11 with slugs and paradox choke can 1 tap head all range with 2900 muzzle velocity)

honestly im not surprised that the bfg took number 1 spot as most hated gun in pf considering that its one of the most prebought guns in the game, as well as being used by a lot of low rank players were the average rank of prebought bfg users are around rank 45 and cuz of that i forget its unlock rank is 65 and not around 45, even though you felt like the hacate should of been on the list its just not really used all that much by many players since its rank unlock is 150 making the bfg 50 a lot easier to obtain via prebuying as well as picking it up off the ground like in a match of desert storm there may sometimes be like 5-10 players using the bfg and that gets so annoying to the point of it being the most hated gun like getting killed by it 7-8 times in one game is just so soul crushing since there isnt much you can really do against it if you dont see it till its to late
I am a console player. There have been many stereotypes but not many DMR users. You’d be lucky to find one using a DMR. But when a tank 130+ joins on console servers, they usually go with a 30 - 4 game. Because of the low controller sensitivity, we rely on shotguns and PDW’s.
I play on console, level/rank (I forgot) 136 I think, and I just use literally every gun I have. DMRs, ARs, BRs, Shotguns, PDWs, LMGs, Snipers, and even pistols. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone else play like how I do, but it’s a good way to be versatile and not require using specific guns to be good.
Let's be honest, the chainsaw is probably the most hated gun at the moment. Keeping the penetration in consideration, although I think it's been nerfed

Nah i would put the saiga to replace the aa12, aa12 is still a good shotgun, but at this time aa12 is no match if compare with the saiga. If you have met a saiga user you will know what im saying, literally one tap everyone in the room with a stupid range

Sl 8 is pretty much op, even without the marksman barrel, I used to conquer servers with it by just spamming it, maybe that's the reason why they hate it? Idunno lol Also i think the bfg is hated cause it's basically an ntw but without the nerf of not being able to aim, just set up somewhere, aim and boom, run away
a late comment but i have 7k kills on the prenerf aa12 back when u could have both drum mag and flechette for example, when the mobility wasnt bad and the gun was actually broken (usas wasnt a thing back then) good old tomes

(no I'm being honest if you can hit headshots, putting shorter barrels on some guns (maybe lots) actually heightens the Headshot Multiplier, but it also increases movement speed a bit :D)

Have you ever just been trying to frag on desert storm and get denied every time you walk oit of a building i stg bfg players just sit in the back of the map hardscoping looking for someone to 1 tap every game of desert storm in on at least half the enemy team is using bfgs

The thing about the BFG is the users. We got the rank 30 prebuys and the rank 180 CQC setup sweats on metro.

When i made new roblox account on xbox in 4 days i had on mk 11 2k kills, 89 kills 17 deaths, its a hecate but on 3 rank its too good
