Welcome back to Delivered Food Reviewed - Uk Food Reviews - where this week I’m back to ‪@BURGERKING‬ to try their long standing Bacon Double Cheese XL Burger Meal - Is this the best Burger King Order?
I’ve not had one of these for a long, long time way back before Covid probably, so I thought as I haven’t reviewed it for the channel, its time! As we also hit 200 subs - an XL figure if nothing else. S for old time sakes as I used to love it, lets see how it is these days!

Two flamed-grilled beef patties topped with Applewood smoked bacon and American cheese, all in our toasted sesame seed bun.- Sharer Box.

Fed up of guessing from the “advertisements” and google reviews as to what a place or item is like and having to suffer the reality when it turns out to be, lets say, not what you thought…?
Well worry no more, I will be ordering takeaways from the deliveroo & justeat app locally in Nottingham, with the aim of providing an honest review of the experience - good/bad how much it cost and ultimately what the takeaway food was REALLY like!

Defo trying that new dip next time I’m going to BK! I’ve avoided it if truth be told!
I agree about shrinkflation, no doubt about it. 22 years ago they were absolutely huge! Even a few years ago they were!
Another good review mate. The XL or even standard BDC has never been my thing but that’s personal preference
Only an idea - but you mentioned about losing weight, would it be an idea for a review about that? Like ordering food but being calorie conscious?
I’ve done it myself by rather than ordering a Big Mac meal (for example) I’ll get a hamburger, fries and black coffee - but it’s interesting as the cost due to the pricing infrastructure means you’re not actually saving that much. Only a suggestion! But maybe “delivery on a diet” would be an idea for people wanting a lower cal meal, but price comparison makes for an interesting point of discussion 🤷🏼‍♂️

yeah the delivery diet is a good idea and could be a few vids on it.
Most would say i'm far from overweight tbh, 6'3 15st 11, but just started to do my head in with clothes that became tight lets say lol So been on the diet whey during the week to allow the takeaway at the weekend.
I've always loved the BDC but can be sort of plain ish if the bacon is on point and same with the burgers lol

2:46 me and that bacon double cheese xl used to go to high school together. I told him to bulk up and go to the gym but he didn't listen to me thats why the burger felt a lot smaller and thinner

I knew it!! Probably bought the gym pass but never used it, usual story of a standard burger, want the gains but not prepared to put the work it to get to XL. Thanks for clarification 👍🏻 🍔
