Howdy lady. Interesting, having not yet starting to hunt truffles its good to see what would be unexpected. Us newbies might not recognize the unusual as a truffle. Nice to see. How's the new pup's training coming along. I'm curious how much training you do by allowing the pup to be in the field with a experienced dog while hunting? I would think the more experienced dogs,especially a alpha type dog could teach the new member. Anyway my health is improving and hopefully I'll have my boat out of the shop soon so I can start fishing. Salmon season is beginning to wind down but that means winter steelhead season is just around the corner. Steelhead are very similar to Salmon. Very tasty. Enjoy the holiday season and I hope the truffling is going well. 👍😋🦃🎄🎉

@@TheRealTruffleHunters take your time and do it right. I'm looking forward to seeing it. I apologize for how long overdue I am on getting out my first video. At times I'm amazed anyone has time to do these. But it will happen. I believe the salmon "catch and cook " episodes will be a big hit with folks who have never been salmon fishing. Lots of scenic locations, different places and different techniques. Coupled with different ways to cook. My favorite is simply grilling them after letting them marinade about 15 minutes with Italian dressing poured over the fillets. They cook that way in only about 5 to 8 minutes depending on how thick the fillets. Hmmm, so good. Serve with a nice side dish like my Cajun seasoned vegetables fried in a big cast iron skillet. So good. Some day I hope to be able to add some truffles to my cooking. 👍😋🧆 ( honestly I don't know what that emoji is, maybe meat balls but I want to think it's truffles. 😁)
