Peter being jealous of Miles is such an underrated idea! It makes perfect sense, Miles literally has abilities that Pete don’t.. that alone is plenty of reason for Peter to feel some type of way towards Miles
I think that Harry's arc made sense, he literally was dying while Peter kept living as spider man with his suit on top of that and how Peter was genuinely a dick to him. I think both the symbiote and Harry were both filled with rage.
PS4 Spider-Man handled Kingpin, Screwball, Black Cat, Rhino, Scorpion, Mr Negative, Vulture, Electro, Doc Oct, Shocker, Hammerhead, Tombstone, Silver Sable, an entire militia, city blocks of crooks, while saving the city from a plague By himself… PS5 Spider-Man handled Wraith, Scream, and a Lizard Almost died to Sandman, Kraven, and Cultist guy While losing to Venom and Miles

Great video. One of the first things I saw during the Sandman boss fight when Peter is being knocked down by lightning while Miles is just doing his thing. He looks to Miles as of he knows he is a lesser Spider-man. But yeah this could have been brought forward more before he obtained the symbiote

I don’t think that scene was Peter feeling lesser per say, more like he noticed the difference in their skill set which made Peter ask miles if he could handle being shocked and absorbing lightning since it’s something he can’t do at the moment. Web of shadows had a different set of moves for the black suit. The black suit moves were more powerful and aggressive whereas the red and blue suit moves were faster and agile. You could also switch between these move sets mid-combo with a click of a button. A missed opportunity by Insomniac.
I agree, we could have had the quick switch instead going back and forth to the menu and switch suits that's my nitpick too. But still amazing game nonetheless

I will say about your first point; I think Peter IS angry, he is angry and frustrated and depressed. We hear it in his talks with May and Ben and when we go into his mind. He is bottling emotions up and the Suit is just, bringing them out. I do agree with the rest of the points tho. And also add that Pete isn't as strong/skilled as he once was. Up until he gets the black suit he is on the back foot and Miles or someone has to save him. Same guy that was fighting two major villains at a time in the first game(with broken bones). The writing for his character just kinda leaves you feeling off, expecting more and never seeing it. I feel like he is leaving the mantel on a bad foot, which isn't something you want from a character.
I thought it was incredible writing! Peter Parker wanting a break to be with the love of his life was such a warm and touching feeling to me! And if you think about it… It will only intensify his comeback later on!

I think insomniac is a little afraid of "differentiating" Peter and Miles. Like, It's normal for Miles to be more powerful than Peter in terms of skills, but Peter should be the most strategic and efficient. Why sacrifice so many Peter's suits just because Miles doesn't have as many as him? Miles can have bioelectricity and invisibility as a fundamental part of his moveset, but why peter can't have the suit powers as special move, like symbiont surge is?
Petes aggression wasn't out of nowhere. He was tired of losing the people he loved. Ben, Dock, May, soon to be Harry... he was impatient and feeling annoyed and pissed off that with all his powers he still can't keep the people he cares about safe. The symbiote enhanced that.
Peter should have kept the symbiote for a longer period. The symbiote should manipulate his grief and turn into anger and hate. I mean Peter's still feeling guilty about May's death.

Great video! I agree I feel like a lot of the elements that were needed to tie things together were just sort of forgotten because they split up the game into so many teams.
I also think just having them have the upgraded suits right off the bat is a little bit confusing, could've made it so the the sand man fight ruined their first suits so badly to the point they had to make new ones
The symbiote and venom are easily my biggest problems with this game as it’s what they were hyping up since the first game but they were pretty under developed and it felt rushed
The symbiote for Spider Man was handled well. Venom was great too but he needed more screentime. So the third act could have been an additional 5 hours longer
i agree about the spider bots. i forgot who mentioned this, but it had to do with how the mission should’ve went, by having to chase another spider-man variant around the city and use the watch they have from miguel to teleport them back, and the final cutscene being miguel recruiting peter and maybe handing him a watch or fighting miguel himself
people seem confuse about the fight between miles and peter. From both sides of the fan base. It was Miles and Peter vs Venom. It was already stated peter was still holding back the whole time he had the black suit. So don't get ahead of yourselves. We already know miles power did nothing to venom and we can see peter tank them like it's nothing and never got hurt. Truth is miles got lucky peter was still in control of himself. There's also plenty of videos stating what would happen if peter did get full symbiosis with venom. Kraven would be dead and miles would also be dead. Took two spidermen to deal with venom and even then it was close fight. Now imagine if peter managed full symbiosis. Yeah no shot miles can stop him.
They gave MJ more masculine features, like smaller eyes, bigger nose, sharper and wider jaw. There’s a whole video where a CZcamsr goes through all the facial model changes. But tldr, they wanted to make her more of a hero, and they adjusted her face model by giving her more masculine features

As someone who’s favorite game of all time is Bloodborne this is the best Spider-Man yet! I can make the difficulty Souls-like! And the Story was also perfect. It didn’t have to explain everything to me, follow cliches, or chronologies to make sense. We were dealing with something alien after all. Anything is possible! The way it affects one person can be very different to another. You guys just have to understand that this is all fiction anyway. If someone doesn’t understand that inconsistencies in games or in movies are more likely to create drama, fun, plot twists, etc. then I don’t know what to tell you. More than anything you are wasting brain effort.

Sorry if the skill tree part was miss leading. The point I was trying to make was a new player could possibly feel overwhelmed with all the skills. I think upgrading skills makes a lot more sense once you play the game for a little bit. As for suit powers and gadgets, I'm just a bit sad they didn't return from SM 2018. I never found suit powers/gadgets to be too overwhelming to figure out but you definitely could make a case for it. Once again, sorry for the miss communication in that section. Hopefully this cleared it up!
@@robindunks Ok I understand personally I did like suit powers as they made every suit unique so I wouldn’t mind if they returned. I do like that they tried to be more expressive with the cosmetics though this time around as I feel they nailed that perfectly outside of some suits.
nice video, your voice is pretty great, one thing I will suggest is if you are talking about a scene or a sequence then try to show it, it helps keep the audience engaged, I saw you did that a few times, commentary on top of swinging in a 17 minute long video just gets a bit monotone.
Spider-Man 2018 on PS4 was my runner up for game of the year that year. If Red Dead 2 hadn't come out I would have easily picked it But it's probably my favorite PS4 exclusive. I have played through it multiple times, I'm not a huge fan of Miles Morales as a character, but they did a great job with his spin-off as well and I do like the way they include him, between these games and Spider-Verse I've come to appreciate him a lot more So let me tell you this was my most anticipated game this year. Specifically because I'm a '90s kid who grew up with all of the venom and symbiote content as well. And Spider-Man in general is just one of my favorite superheroes, like top three. So despite everything else coming out this year Spider-Man 2 was the game I really wanted to play. I've run through the original three times and Miles Morales once. So I was hoping this would just take over my life And it did, for like 4 days. And then I was finished with it. So you can kind of say the game was so enjoyable that I finished it in 4 days, but I'm more like a little disappointed that it was done in 4 days. Lengthwise honestly it's not that bad, it took me 32 hours to get 100%. That's a decent amount of time to spend in a video game not everything needs to be a hundred hours long But the game feels short because so many of these plot elements do indeed feel rushed. It has some absolutely badass main villains, and neither of them get enough screen time. It has tremendous voice acting and effort from the actors, but they don't get enough time to properly make these character developments make sense I agree with every single thing you said regarding the narrative of this game. And I unfortunately experienced even more glitches than you did. That's the one thing that really stands out in my mind, I can only play through this game for the first time once, and my first time is always going to be marred by hard crashes, All of the audio disappearing, enemies freezing in place and being unresponsive to combat, having my entire character model fail to render and swinging around as a little cube, buildings failing to load in while I'm swinging through the city, button prompts failing to register and soft locking me out of progress, enemies and objects just warping and clipping through each other. It was surprisingly buggy for a first party Sony exclusive Little quality of life things kind of annoy me too, I'm constantly having podcasts get interrupted by random crimes and there's no way to go back into the menu and re-listen to them this time around? No new game plus I think really hurt this experience as well, because I wanted to immediately go back through it, but I didn't want to unlock everything from the start again either. The inability to go back and replay the Venom mission as well sucks because I would love to go to use the photo mode during that mission. I was having such a blast with it that my thought wasn't I should pause the game and take pictures, I just wanted to play it. But once it's gone, that's it that's the only time you get to be venom His design is so awesome, they just sadly don't really give his character enough time to feel like the threat and personal rival that he should feel like Either way, despite all of this it was one of my most favorite games this year. It's just not my favorite game this year.

Kraven got enough screen time. Though venom needed more tbh, and the ending didn’t hit me nearly as hard as the first game did. There were some narrative problems but some I disagreed with. Overall it was a great game, but it’s not a masterpiece
@@jeffreyali1456 I don't know I still feel like Kraven gets sidelined. The dude does some of his coolest stuff off screen. He wipes out 2/3 of the sinister six and you don't even get to see it. He kind of disappears until the end of the second act. You just fight all his goons instead which kind of also seems like something that doesn't make much sense for him I just thought both him and Venom were awesome but you just don't really get enough of either IMO I'm with you, I still think the game was great, I played the hell out of it and I am eagerly anticipating the new game plus update to run through it again. Every now and then I still just booted up to swing around the city and beat some people up just like I did with the original

@@adamdavis1737 the only cool stuff he did off screen was killing half of Spider Man villains but everything else he did on screen like killing Scorpion, stabbing Peter, hunting Lizard, boss battles, etc. So yeah even though I would love to see him killing Shocker, Electro and Vulture on screen, Kraven still had more then enough screentime and development. But Venom needed more though. Like Harry's fleshed out but once he becomes Venom he loses focus.
There is some buildup on why Pete acts they way he does. It’s slight but it’s there. Multiple times in the game it’s stated and shown that he’s a bit slower and off his game. I do agree that the aggression came on a bit quick though.
Hopefully they did what cyberpunk did and make the dlc expand the main story line and some new and old features of the previous games and the carnage storyline (the flame) ig.
The only thing I didn’t like about the game was they spent a lot time on Kravens story and character development who was not even the main villain. If they provided that time to Venom story development, I would have loved it
After Insomniac has wrapped up this trilogy, I'd definitely like another developer to take a crack at a triple A Spider-man game. I believe Sucker Punch would be the perfect choice, they could probably make something different but fantastic in their own style. And frankly, after Insomniacs fairly clean-cut approach, I'd enjoy something that's a bit grittier and more laid back. Nothing against Lowenthal but I think Josh Keaton should play the next game iteration.
I feel like insomniacs biggest problem with the Spider-Man games is their creative direction… Not saying they aren’t creative but there’s literally tons of missed opportunities in Spider-Man 2… overall the story in SM2 compared to 1 leaves alot more unanswered questions.. they could’ve really expanded on the idea of Miles vs Harry… we pretty much got the whole scoop of the story, except the last arc, from the trailers with little to no expansion… C’mon insomniac, dive deep!
i agree with all of this except the combat and the glitches, i feel like the combat in this game was sm more fun because of the lack of gadgets. the gadgets in the last games just gave us too much power and me personally i’d always forget i had them or when i used them i would just blow through combat not really doing much, the suit powers on the other hands are different they def could’ve just left that in there. and the glitches there are def glitches but i mean there’s glitches and every game and me personally i played the story twice and didn’t have a single glitch so idk it’s just a complaint i hear a lot
I agree the symbiote storyline is too rushed, I wish more media would examine how he uses the suit to combat his enemies, without immediately making him mad and jumping to Venom, its so annoying. Like in the comics he had that suit for a long time before Venom was introduced
I think the reason he almost immediately lets his angry symbiote out is because insomniac wanted to treat venom as a drug, cus you don’t just have a massive delay when using a drug, it happens instantly and with illegal drugs it created an addiction really fast and the increased use of the drug feeds that addiction

NG+ not being in MOST games at launch seems absurd to me. Like, how hard is it to slap that on at the end of development? Why's it sometimes a year later it gets added? Dark Souls 3 had it at launch, for one example. Seems pretty simple. I know game development is always more complex than it seems, so I'm sure it's not like blinking or something... but seriously, c'mon. It's clearly a thing people like and expect, so why isn't it a staple feature at launch?
I enjoyed the game but it definitely had the most bugs compared to the other two games the story wasn't as impressive as i was expecting to be still good an i don't really mind not having suit powers but the gadgets from the previous game's were far better than in 2 but overall it was good but it's definitely not perfect.

Nope, this is one of the best symbiote Spider Man we got and better then Tobey Maguire Black suit depiction. This Kraven is by far the best Kraven we got in any media. They did know what to do with Miles. He has a good character arc.
My problem is miles wasn't really present in the game that much people say Peter was a punching bag but miles wasn't even in the damn game, also Peter got miles kidnapped and other things that was his fault and blamed him
(My opinion): I’d say that another problem I have with the story, and probably others have as well, is how Gwen doesn’t appear in any of the Insomniac Spider-Man games, including Spider-Man 2. She’s a MUST-HAVE character for the latter game and the next games in my personal view, as she plays a big role as the girlfriend of Miles. Sure, Hailey was an interesting story change for the love history/life of Miles and all, but then how will the game’s timeline sound satisfyingly comic-accurate enough if Hailey doesn’t even show up in any other Spider-Man media other than Insomniac currently? We can only hope right now that she will be introduced in the upcoming dlc/dlcs of this game.
The only issues I had were that the side quests and activities didn’t change much from the first game and were mindless filler content or fetch quests with no real substance. And the formula as a whole remained largely unchanged. For triple the cost of the first game I honestly expected a bit more across the board. Even the visuals weren’t much of an improvement over 2018 and this was a PS5 only game. Also, the game was way too safe. Taking almost no risks and being too formulaic. Had fun with it the first go, and platinum’d it, but I’ll probably never play it again.

It's a huge improvement from its predecessors like combat, traversal, boss fights and MJ segments. Combat is more improved because it has depth like it has more combat varieties like spider arm abilities, symbiote abilities and Miles' bio electric abilities. It also has parry feature which adds depth to the combat. And there is rage mode. You don't just use square button, you also use R1 and L1 buttons too. Graphics was also an improvement. More details and improved face models

You're right about the gadgets. I wish they would've given the option to use new or from the older game. I also didn't like most of the boss fights. I didn't think any were fun enough to go 4 rounds. It get really repetitive on the spectacular setting. They also failed to do anything new with the open world. Get rid of those tasks and have more random events you have to come across. I liked the game but it felt like a good expansion rather than a whole new game with innovation
In this game I think he corrupts the symbiote instead of the other way around. Harry had it for two years and he was just happy to be alive and have a job with his best friend. Before even getting the suit Pete was already starting to be a dick to everyone and after only having it for like three days he’s *this close* to killing Kraven Edit: also the entire symbiote arc was rushed to fit the length of the first game. No one plays this game anymore. Insomniac fucked up. They focused more on MARY JANE GAMEPLAY than VENOM GAMEPLAY. 19 inches? More like 19 minutes. No NG+, no mission replay ability, no base replayability. 300 million for this? And don’t make me mention the false advertising about Venom.
Everyone plays this game and it's well received by critics and fans. It's the best Marvel game ever. Insomniac never disappoints and they never made a bad game. All their games are well received by critics and fans and sold plenty of copies well. Not every games have NG + right away after launch. In the first game and in MM you could - replay bases - more varied crimes in MM - change time of the day - listen to podcasts again And so much more. Spider-Man 2 has done a lot of good things, don’t get me wrong. But in some regards they took a step backwards. It’s a decent game. Not a great game.

Great video. One of the first things I saw during the Sandman boss fight when Peter is being knocked down by lightning while Miles is just doing his thing. He looks to Miles as of he knows he is a lesser Spider-man. But yeah this could have been brought forward more before he obtained the symbiote

Web of shadows had a different set of moves for the black suit. The black suit moves were more powerful and aggressive whereas the red and blue suit moves were faster and agile. You could also switch between these move sets mid-combo with a click of a button. A missed opportunity by Insomniac.

Because Eddie Brock was never set up or introduced. Harry being Venom makes sense since he was already set up from the previous 2 games.
I will say about your first point; I think Peter IS angry, he is angry and frustrated and depressed. We hear it in his talks with May and Ben and when we go into his mind. He is bottling emotions up and the Suit is just, bringing them out.

And also add that Pete isn't as strong/skilled as he once was. Up until he gets the black suit he is on the back foot and Miles or someone has to save him. Same guy that was fighting two major villains at a time in the first game(with broken bones). The writing for his character just kinda leaves you feeling off, expecting more and never seeing it.
I feel like he is leaving the mantel on a bad foot, which isn't something you want from a character.

Great video! I agree I feel like a lot of the elements that were needed to tie things together were just sort of forgotten because they split up the game into so many teams.
I also think just having them have the upgraded suits right off the bat is a little bit confusing, could've made it so the the sand man fight ruined their first suits so badly to the point they had to make new ones

Took two spidermen to deal with venom and even then it was close fight. Now imagine if peter managed full symbiosis. Yeah no shot miles can stop him.

And the Story was also perfect. It didn’t have to explain everything to me, follow cliches, or chronologies to make sense. We were dealing with something alien after all. Anything is possible! The way it affects one person can be very different to another. You guys just have to understand that this is all fiction anyway.

Sorry if the skill tree part was miss leading. The point I was trying to make was a new player could possibly feel overwhelmed with all the skills. I think upgrading skills makes a lot more sense once you play the game for a little bit. As for suit powers and gadgets, I'm just a bit sad they didn't return from SM 2018. I never found suit powers/gadgets to be too overwhelming to figure out but you definitely could make a case for it. Once again, sorry for the miss communication in that section. Hopefully this cleared it up!

Spider-Man 2018 on PS4 was my runner up for game of the year that year. If Red Dead 2 hadn't come out I would have easily picked it
But it's probably my favorite PS4 exclusive. I have played through it multiple times, I'm not a huge fan of Miles Morales as a character, but they did a great job with his spin-off as well and I do like the way they include him, between these games and Spider-Verse I've come to appreciate him a lot more
So let me tell you this was my most anticipated game this year. Specifically because I'm a '90s kid who grew up with all of the venom and symbiote content as well. And Spider-Man in general is just one of my favorite superheroes, like top three. So despite everything else coming out this year Spider-Man 2 was the game I really wanted to play. I've run through the original three times and Miles Morales once. So I was hoping this would just take over my life
And it did, for like 4 days. And then I was finished with it. So you can kind of say the game was so enjoyable that I finished it in 4 days, but I'm more like a little disappointed that it was done in 4 days.
Lengthwise honestly it's not that bad, it took me 32 hours to get 100%. That's a decent amount of time to spend in a video game not everything needs to be a hundred hours long
But the game feels short because so many of these plot elements do indeed feel rushed. It has some absolutely badass main villains, and neither of them get enough screen time. It has tremendous voice acting and effort from the actors, but they don't get enough time to properly make these character developments make sense
I agree with every single thing you said regarding the narrative of this game. And I unfortunately experienced even more glitches than you did. That's the one thing that really stands out in my mind, I can only play through this game for the first time once, and my first time is always going to be marred by hard crashes, All of the audio disappearing, enemies freezing in place and being unresponsive to combat, having my entire character model fail to render and swinging around as a little cube, buildings failing to load in while I'm swinging through the city, button prompts failing to register and soft locking me out of progress, enemies and objects just warping and clipping through each other. It was surprisingly buggy for a first party Sony exclusive
Little quality of life things kind of annoy me too, I'm constantly having podcasts get interrupted by random crimes and there's no way to go back into the menu and re-listen to them this time around?
No new game plus I think really hurt this experience as well, because I wanted to immediately go back through it, but I didn't want to unlock everything from the start again either. The inability to go back and replay the Venom mission as well sucks because I would love to go to use the photo mode during that mission. I was having such a blast with it that my thought wasn't I should pause the game and take pictures, I just wanted to play it. But once it's gone, that's it that's the only time you get to be venom
His design is so awesome, they just sadly don't really give his character enough time to feel like the threat and personal rival that he should feel like

But Venom needed more though. Like Harry's fleshed out but once he becomes Venom he loses focus.

There is some buildup on why Pete acts they way he does. It’s slight but it’s there. Multiple times in the game it’s stated and shown that he’s a bit slower and off his game. I do agree that the aggression came on a bit quick though.

After Insomniac has wrapped up this trilogy, I'd definitely like another developer to take a crack at a triple A Spider-man game. I believe Sucker Punch would be the perfect choice, they could probably make something different but fantastic in their own style. And frankly, after Insomniacs fairly clean-cut approach, I'd enjoy something that's a bit grittier and more laid back. Nothing against Lowenthal but I think Josh Keaton should play the next game iteration.

I agree the symbiote storyline is too rushed, I wish more media would examine how he uses the suit to combat his enemies, without immediately making him mad and jumping to Venom, its so annoying. Like in the comics he had that suit for a long time before Venom was introduced
I think the reason he almost immediately lets his angry symbiote out is because insomniac wanted to treat venom as a drug, cus you don’t just have a massive delay when using a drug, it happens instantly and with illegal drugs it created an addiction really fast and the increased use of the drug feeds that addiction

NG+ not being in MOST games at launch seems absurd to me. Like, how hard is it to slap that on at the end of development? Why's it sometimes a year later it gets added? Dark Souls 3 had it at launch, for one example. Seems pretty simple. I know game development is always more complex than it seems, so I'm sure it's not like blinking or something... but seriously, c'mon. It's clearly a thing people like and expect, so why isn't it a staple feature at launch?
God of War Ragnarok didn't have them either but still an amazing game
I enjoyed the game but it definitely had the most bugs compared to the other two games the story wasn't as impressive as i was expecting to be still good an i don't really mind not having suit powers but the gadgets from the previous game's were far better than in 2 but overall it was good but it's definitely not perfect.

Nope, this is one of the best symbiote Spider Man we got and better then Tobey Maguire Black suit depiction. This Kraven is by far the best Kraven we got in any media. They did know what to do with Miles. He has a good character arc.

(My opinion): I’d say that another problem I have with the story, and probably others have as well, is how Gwen doesn’t appear in any of the Insomniac Spider-Man games, including Spider-Man 2. She’s a MUST-HAVE character for the latter game and the next games in my personal view, as she plays a big role as the girlfriend of Miles. Sure, Hailey was an interesting story change for the love history/life of Miles and all, but then how will the game’s timeline sound satisfyingly comic-accurate enough if Hailey doesn’t even show up in any other Spider-Man media other than Insomniac currently? We can only hope right now that she will be introduced in the upcoming dlc/dlcs of this game.

No NG+, mission replay, there's nothing left to do in the open world besides Mysteriums and random crimes. What the back happened?!
The only issues I had were that the side quests and activities didn’t change much from the first game and were mindless filler content or fetch quests with no real substance. And the formula as a whole remained largely unchanged. For triple the cost of the first game I honestly expected a bit more across the board. Even the visuals weren’t much of an improvement over 2018 and this was a PS5 only game. Also, the game was way too safe. Taking almost no risks and being too formulaic. Had fun with it the first go, and platinum’d it, but I’ll probably never play it again.

It's a huge improvement from its predecessors like combat, traversal, boss fights and MJ segments. Combat is more improved because it has depth like it has more combat varieties like spider arm abilities, symbiote abilities and Miles' bio electric abilities. It also has parry feature which adds depth to the combat. And there is rage mode. You don't just use square button, you also use R1 and L1 buttons too.
Graphics was also an improvement. More details and improved face models

You're right about the gadgets. I wish they would've given the option to use new or from the older game. I also didn't like most of the boss fights. I didn't think any were fun enough to go 4 rounds. It get really repetitive on the spectacular setting. They also failed to do anything new with the open world. Get rid of those tasks and have more random events you have to come across. I liked the game but it felt like a good expansion rather than a whole new game with innovation
Bosses are amazing and improved like Kraven, Lizard and Venom boss fights were amazing though

In this game I think he corrupts the symbiote instead of the other way around. Harry had it for two years and he was just happy to be alive and have a job with his best friend. Before even getting the suit Pete was already starting to be a dick to everyone and after only having it for like three days he’s *this close* to killing Kraven
Edit: also the entire symbiote arc was rushed to fit the length of the first game. This game should’ve been at least 20 hours not 15

Symbiote arc wasn't rushed. Peter can't keep it longer since he has to give it back to Harry eventually to keep him healthy. The longer Peter keeps it then Harry would die. You can see Harry getting weaker without it as he needs the cane to walk

Because Peter was tired of losing people he cares about. He already lost Ben, May, Otto, etc. He was trying to protect people but ends up being too overprotective as he was impatient and annoyed.

No one plays this game anymore. Insomniac fucked up. They focused more on MARY JANE GAMEPLAY than VENOM GAMEPLAY. 19 inches? More like 19 minutes. No NG+, no mission replay ability, no base replayability. 300 million for this? And don’t make me mention the false advertising about Venom.
Everyone plays this game and it's well received by critics and fans. It's the best Marvel game ever. Insomniac never disappoints and they never made a bad game. All their games are well received by critics and fans and sold plenty of copies well. Not every games have NG + right away after launch. Like the first one didn't have them either and neither did God of War Ragnarok

I got the platinum in 35 hours, it has the worst story I've ever played through, I've gone back to the remaster of Spider-Man 2018, it's much better, although I do miss the web wings.

I got glitches & the game froze twice. Other than that, it was great.
It will get patched up eventually. The first game has them at launch in 2018 but overtime it got patched up

Peter beated Kraven, Lizard, and Venom with the symbiote and anti venom. If he was weak then he wouldn't be able to defeat either of them. Peter even beated Wraith and Scream without the symbiote.
