My heart is heavy and broken with the loss of Olivia Newton-John, who passed away this last week. Our world lost one of the greatest human beings of our time. When I look back at the era in which she gave such love and devotion to us with her incredible, amazing, voice of an angel from heaven, I always regarded her as one of the best of the best. And now we face a world without her gentle soul to influence, inspire, and help us feel better about life. She will be so sorely missed. But, on the other hand, I’m also glad she no longer must struggle with her terrible battle with cancer and that she is finally at peace. But God Almighty… I will miss her so!! A legend. A true star. When this movie was first released, I saw this movie on Sunday and bought the soundtrack album on Monday. I can still remember sitting in the theater when "Grease" the song started. So many good memories.
Olivia NJ is so honestly a good person, Travolta too for that matter. Very nice of them to be so warm and friendly to everyone. To realize, that despite their stellar careers after Grease, to see that it means a lot to a lot of people. Beautifully done!

I just watched the movie in original language today (I’m French and dubbing is normal here) can’t believe this beautiful soul passed away 😢. Where is my childhood. I’m 32 and so sad right now. All my thought is with his family and friends and John Travolta.

The movie grease reminds me of my youth so intensely that when I watch it I'm almost transported back in time to when I was 17, when I first watched it.
