If it was done by a surveyor you will need to ask him to redo it
If it was attached to a title you can buy a copy at nla.gov.jm

Your name has to be on the title
What if the title isn't in Jamaica and the person name isn't on it can they still collect lease off it
What if they didn’t left a will
