I have no shortage of such boring material and have just been to Aviemore and was not happy with any of my photos so I will try this. First I will have to do Sky Replacement as we had flat grey skies and one day of blue sky.
Love the effects. This is creating a very artistic treatment of the clouds suggesting movement. Great work, and graphic art principles (increased contrast) applied to photography with simulated long exposure treatment (with path blur). Thanks Serge! This is an artist interpretation. People who buy photo art generally want to feel emotion in the photo which can be found within the photo style and its drama, from light and dark contrasts or movement or color. This does it all. Time for me to go back to my Vegas building photos from vacation, or buildings in Toronto where I live and try some of these treatments. Thanks for tutorial.

Sorry I don't have Instagram, but I have already bought your presets! And use them! As far as cheating goes, I think an ND filter is not cheating. It's just seeing reality in a different time frame. What we are doing here in Photoshop is pure art and might ligitamately be called cheating. Having said that, I no longer care. If I like the image, and others like the image, that's enough for me. Unless, of course, it's for someone else like a wedding or something.
very nice tips ! beautiful images. Shoudln't we convert to smart object before applying blur ? I would be interested with same pictures with dramatic BW dark sky and lightning in the sky (with some lightning extra bonus backgrounds).

I want to know how to put your own artwork that you drawed or painted and put it on top of a photo that I took like a building? Making it one unified picture and then print it. DOES anyone know how to do this?
I buy most of presets and guy's, really good spend money. Most of my friends ask me for retouching their photos when see mine after this great presets. I see on yt, facebook ect.. most photographers sell presets but no one like Serge. All you can give some dollar not only for this amazing presets, give it for all this time what Serge spend for all us to be better 👌✌️ Great job 👍👍

Vous ne vous êtes même pas donné la peine de traduire et compléter un simple document type trouvé sur internet. Lisez: websites operated by [INSERT FORMAL COMPANY NAME - i.e. include Inc. or LLC] (which includes [INSERT DOMAIN NAME or NAMES], among others) (collectively the “Site”).... c'est du pur foutage de gueule. Une magnifique ARNAQUE! Ah, et puis j'ai téléchargé les preset gratuits que vous proposez....heuuu vous voulez faire rire qui avec ça???? Comment peut on à ce point se moquer du monde????? Tu sais, quand tu essaye Lightroom pour la première fois de ta vie? Tu essaye des trucs débiles avec les curseurs....bein voilà.... Was it only me that got to 7m 48s before realising I was just being sold to??? You should really be up front and state in your title that you'd be using (and trying to sell us) your presets. Unfortunately you've now lost all credibility, and I won't be watching anymore of your videos. Shame.
