Aaron is CORRECT.. I had an EEOC lawyer represent myself against my previous employer in 2018. The EEOC lawyer informed me NOT to talk to anyone about it. If so, the Judge would throw the case out, and I can be sued. After the settlement, I had to sign a contract with my previous employer NOT to talk about the case. Why? To protect the organization reputation.
Isn’t an EEOC lawyer for wrongful termination cases. Is that was he’s officially claiming? And there’d still be employer documentation for termination. That would be part of an EEOC lawyer’s case filing.

This is from an outside perspective but I think it’s from a decades long campaign to keep the community down. And part of that campaign was to indoctrinate y’all to be against each other. Because back in the day, a lot of black Americans were unified. But you have the govt blasting y’all’s leaders (MLK & M.X.), the fbi running secret operations like CoIntel Pro. A certain group (who also owned most of the slave boats) happen to be in charge of many of the record labels that began the “gangster rap” trend while the cia is running drugs and guns into y’all’s community. Some of this you can see in statistics as well, black Americans used to have the highest levels of teen employment, marriage, church attending households. Aaron is 100% correct! Employers are not obligated to publicly release the reason why they terminated an employee. They don't want to get sued! Most firms are advised by the legal/HR department to share only their former employer's basic information, such as their title, date of hire, and date of termination.
The problem is Filing for Unemployment has a paper trail. And being terminated regardless of reasoning is what qualifies him, whether he needs that money or not. Simple case to prove if he’s telling the whole truth
You can file for unemployment whenever you're ready to. Just because a person doesn't file their claim within the first week or two doesn't mean that they're lying. The young brother did mention that he was in the process of negotiating a severance package with his former employer. I wouldn't be surprised if they made him sign a non-disclosure form as a part of their termination agreement.

And they give you like 45 days to respond/sign...So in that time frame, they encourage you to seek legal counsel I will give him this......I still think the "I can pull $100k" out the bank is not true.... The severance is real, I cannot mention the company, a Pharmaceutical company, cannot do it.......When you agree to the severance, it's pretty much 100% on the companies term in exchange for your silence.

2. The birthday party claim, He in fact was recorded speaking about his birthday plans as stated in the video. I had an EEOC lawyer represent myself against my previous employer in 2018. The EEOC lawyer informed me NOT to talk to anyone about it. If so, the Judge would throw the case out, and I can be sued. After the settlement, I had to sign a contract with my previous employer NOT to talk about the case. Why? To protect the organization reputation.

This is from an outside perspective but I think it’s from a decades long campaign to keep the community down. And part of that campaign was to indoctrinate y’all to be against each other. Because back in the day, a lot of black Americans were unified. But you have the govt blasting y’all’s leaders (MLK & M.X.), the fbi running secret operations like CoIntel Pro. A certain group (who also owned most of the slave boats) happen to be in charge of many of the record labels that began the “gangster rap” trend while the cia is running drugs and guns into y’all’s community. Some of this you can see in statistics as well, black Americans used to have the highest levels of teen employment, marriage, church attending households. Aaron is 100% correct! Employers are not obligated to publicly release the reason why they terminated an employee. They don't want to get sued! Most firms are advised by the legal/HR department to share only their former employer's basic information, such as their title, date of hire, and date of termination.
The problem is Filing for Unemployment has a paper trail. And being terminated regardless of reasoning is what qualifies him, whether he needs that money or not. Simple case to prove if he’s telling the whole truth

You can file for unemployment whenever you're ready to. Just because a person doesn't file their claim within the first week or two doesn't mean that they're lying. I wouldn't be surprised if they made him sign a non-disclosure form as a part of their termination agreement.

I was let go in January and paid $71k severance pay, signed a Non Disclosure and I cannot mentioned the company or their name, nor the nature of my work... And they give you like 45 days to respond/sign...So in that time frame, they encourage you to seek legal counsel

The severance is real, I cannot mention the company, a Pharmaceutical company, cannot do it.......When you agree to the severance, it's pretty much 100% on the companies term in exchange for your silence.
