  • I bought some new Rough Country Tow hooks and in order to install them I needed to remove my front bumper cover (AKA fascia). Hopefully my DIY video can give you the confidence needed to complete this project. Feel free to leave questions down below and like and subscribe to my video to see my follow up project where I install the tow hooks.

Quick, to the point in under 5 minutes. There are a couple other videos suggested that were ~15 minutes. I'll never know why they took so long!

Did the two square sections of the fascia where the recovery hooks come thru pop off or did you have to cut them out? I am doing this same recovery hook install with the Rough Country ones this week and curious about that step.

They just pop off. Your year and model may be different. If you notice at 3:13 in the video the covers are just hanging there and they come right off.

@@Moretimethanmoney Mine is a 2013 as well. Just checked after seeing your note and looks like they should pop off for sure. Thanks!

Does the 2012 just pop off too?

@@claudes1973 You'll have to check. I'm not familiar with the 2012. There looks to be 3 different fascias for that year. store.mopar.com/v-2012-jeep-grand-cherokee--laredo--3-6l-v6-flex/frame-bumper-and-fascia--front-bumper-and-fascia
