- Hi everybody, this is Milky. Today, I will share with you some hidden chest locations I wish I knew before I started playing Rune Factory 4 Special Edition. I've been having a lot of fun playing this this game and have put in tons of hours and uploaded lots of videos to my channel. Hopefully this video can help you get off to a good start in Rune Factory 4 Special! Well, I'm so so so excited for this series, so let's get started!
Rune Factory 4 Special Description ###
Rune Factory 4 Special marks the return of the beloved entry in the popular STORY OF SEASONS spinoff series that combines farming with dungeon adventuring, as the series makes its debut on Nintendo Switch with upgraded HD graphics, a new “Newlywed Mode,” and additional cut-scenes. In this standalone story, players choose to play as a male or female hero and will encounter a diverse cast of potential suitors and other loveable townsfolk. As the newly appointed prince or princess, you can fulfill your royal duties by issuing ordinances to help the town prosper, or take a more rural approach to governing by raising your own fruits and vegetables and helping townsfolk. Should some dungeon adventuring be on the day's itinerary, you can craft or buy a vast array of swords, spears, and staves along with magic for battle against dangerous foes, or even bring along some companions or friendly monsters to aid you during your travels.

Milky thanks to your video it has given me an idea and led me to even more secret chests at 5:15 you got teleported to an area with 4 chests, and you can walk on the water with certain boots, you can go back to the previous map, using that if you noticed that there are 2 other maps with a similar layout, while there isn't a teleport, you can use the boots to get to there, and they unlock amazing stuff (especially something I have never seen posted online)

I was so shocked when I got to autumn road for the first time on the switch. I was so ready to sing along with the music but then realized it was changed. I miss the old one but I think I like this one much better🤗
That silver is actually crucial early game if you get it early you can craft Quality Sickle to make lvl 5 crop and flower seeds early game, even before finishing 1st act!

For Yokmir Caves, you can unlock that hidden switch with other characters. Kiel I think can do it, and I had Margaret do it in my latest playthrough.
Milky I have a hack for to discover hidden locations that will give treasure crests you don't need a portal to get treasure chests this hack will only work when you have water shoes.. water shoes helps you to walk on water.. like autumn roads secret water pond that you discover you don't need the portal anymore if you have water shoes anyway

Thanks for sharing this info! Just found that you can use the Water Shoes to walk on water and you can use them to get these are hidden chests in the seasonal areas. Right now, I'm trying to find the last Platinum tool recipe by findings these chests, but I can't find any info in any forum... Do you by any chance know where can I get the Platinum Hammer recipe?

For some reason the path on autumn road isn’t open and it’s raining in my game :(
Unfortunately just raining is not enough, it needs to be raining and lightning 😭

@@kiriv.4186 when theres a typhoon go to autumn road there will be a mini cutscene where the tree get strucked by lightning

Found this channel through searching for guides, I can't find 1 for the water ruins. I found everything that I'm pretty sure is everything. But even though I found a shard of the glowing rock our character held at the beginning of the game, I can't interact with it and there's nowhere else to explore. At least I haven't been able to find another way forward. Also it looks like the hidden chests are later in the game lol
You've probably found out by now, but the blue things come in later. Just keep doing the story.
And as a headsup, levels do NOT protect you when its in regards to new areas. Its more about the equipment
