1973 and UP A-Body steering for fast ratio , this utilizes the Center link and the arms. that and the looks to be 3 speed wiper motor which id high polished metal which gives the indication
Stunning car, and done right ,my only complaint is the term restored, when the car is a “restomod”. But done as I would want it. Someone turned a six cylinder car into a super car!!!
My buddy Rick had a red 440 6-pack Dart back in the day, one of the many awesome Mopar's he owned. Like his 68 Hemi Belvedere, heck even his Mom had a '70 Super Bee 383 Magnum. Miss them high school days, lol... My dad had a '69 Dart as well but it was just a 6 cyl, it was a great car tho, always loved Darts.

I usually prefer a hard top..but I'd actually like a vinyl black top on this, definitely needs a pistol grip shifter know with a 440
