Yes, you can do it by yourself, with any language it doesn't have to be in Arabic, what matters is the belief itself. But it is preferable to do it with an imam or any practicing Muslim to teach you the words in Arabic and its meaning..

Any normal human with common sense can easily understand the trinity if they believe that the Holy Spirit is not an Angel or a force but a person Genesis 1-2 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. For David himself said by the Holy Spirit: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” ’ Therefore David himself calls Him ‘Lord’; how is He then his Son?” And the common people heard Him gladly. is why we are trinitarians three person’s are mentioned in that same verse Lord sitting at the right and of the Lord and the Holy Spirit in verse 35-37 that Lord Who sits at the Right Hand of the Lord are one that’s why Jesus said I and the father are one again The Lord sitting at the right hand of the Lord are one ("Hear O Israel the Lord Our God the lord is One") For further evidence read Genesis 1:2 and Matthew 3:16 the Spirit of God which is the Holy Spirit who is also eternal who is distinct from the father and the son. The Spirit God in Genesis 1:2 and the Spirit of God in Matthew 3:16 You don’t say in the name of Allah in the name of Muhammad in the of Gabriel right but rather you say in the Name of Allah bismillah only one person But Jesus taught us that we are to baptize those in the Name of the Father in the Name of the Son and in the Name of the Holy Spirit again if the Holy Spirit is Eternal God in Genesis 1:2 and in Matthew 3:16 and the Son is the eternal son of God read proverbs 30:3-4 and John 3:13 then you would have to conclude that Matthew 28:19 is where the eternal trinity is taught by Jesus.
