visa applications must be made with your passport but having France residency card will definitely will help you. They won't let you get in to plane on the way back to France without it.

You need to get touristic visa and make application for residency while you are in Turkey. Once you get the appointment date, you can stay legally until the date of appointment even if its 3 months later than your visa expiration date.
when you were entering your address, you typed in New Jersey, and not the number of the street and the town or city that you live in. That is not a complete address and should get rejected?

@@TurkeyTravelJournal yes I did stay but for 72 days. You basically pay a fine and leave at the airport, I did apply to have my visa extended but like nothing happened or came of that. I dont even understand what went on because they were not even helpful or nor did they explain why I had to pay for staying extra when I already applied and paid for an extension . But I was curious about how soon I can re-enter

E-visas are not accepted as supporting documents. travelling for the purposes of tourism or business. have a round-trip ticket with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines. can prove that I hold a return ticket, hotel reservation and at least 50 $ per each day of my stay.

Did you really stayed or just asking it? Because citizens of South Africa can stay only 30 days within 180 days.
