My grandpa’s 97 Dakota with the 3.9 v6, went 310,000 miles. I’ve have an 06 Dakota with the 4.7 going on 100,800 miles. They’re great trucks, wish they were still made.

I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota SLT club cab w/3.9 L V6 also with the 255/35-R16 rims ; because why not? It also has the original plastic bed liner and rear side window and original stock AM/FM STEREO and speakers. It runs great. It now has 154k miles on it. ZERO RUST .
I love it so much. I never want to sell it it’s mine forever

Great presentation on the video. Makes me more excited that I just bought one. Wanted one of these for a long time. Just purchased 07/20 a 2003 Club Cab RT Black with Taupe colored leather interior. 50k actual miles. Original paint and in great condition. No mods as I prefer stock. PW, PL, AC, Power driver's seat, tilt, CD, Overhead console, Cruise control. Can't seem to find production numbers for interior colors and leather. Anyway, thanks again for the great video.

@@Mr1bigsal the 5.9 Magnum is very similar to the old Mopar small block V8's. Eldelbrock makes high performance heads for the 5.2 and 5.9 Magnum V8. Mopar Performance did as well. I used the Eldelbrock heads, larger fuel injectors, a throttle body that I bored to a larger size myself, and a Mopar Performance purple cam. Made around 355-360 horsepower at the flywheel.

U said 7 seconds isn't that quick by today's standards. You'd have to get a 6.2 Chevy with 400hp to run that or a a 5.7 ram with 395hp. That being said a RT of the late 90s or early 2000s would be right at the top of the food chain when it comes to today's trucks performance.
