I've been going through all the archetype guides as a returning player and I love how 'bananas' is the definitive Slandered Gaming seal of approval for really powerful features 😂
Basically Intensified Spell is now an absolutely crucial feat for most spellcasters now. Ofc you would still rush Bolster first BUT late game you will HAVE to take this feat, meaning casters will be even more mythic feat-starved considering you MUST take the 3 Abundant feats + Mythic Spellpen meaning there are only 4 mythic feats left for Favorite Metamagic, Greater/Enduring, Racial and ofc Last Stand dont ever forget about that. If you play on Unfair then this is a mandatory feat UNLESS it is an Angel Caster. If you are playing Angel then yeah prolly not needed but even then I would still take it tbh. Oh and Caster Clerics also need Domain Zealot as well so... Yeah looks like martial is still the way to go for Unfair tbh.
Yup spellcasters definitely have to make some hard decisions.
Honestly, I cannot imagine playing a caster class in wotr without using toolbox. There are so many feats you 100% NEED to take to not suck that you really don't have much freedom to choose anything but them.

Thanks for another great video! One thing that I would really love to see from you (to help me vs my chronic restart-itis, especially) is a video giving your experienced thoughts and wisdom on the best (or at least a few suggestions) archetypes for each of the mythic paths, from both mechanical and roleplay perspectives! Especially since this was the last major DLC right? So I assume they won't be adding any more and just doing bug fixes from now on.

Favoured Enemy Spellcasting (and Spell Bane) could be good specifically for WotR because your Mythic Path can provide you with full spellcasting even when your class doesn't.
That's true but usually if your class doesn't provide it then you don't have the right stats to make it work well offensively even with the correct spellbook.
*Reviving Finale* (Bard spell) : it's good quality, imo, is casting as a Swift Action, so you can do Channel after also (if you have that), cast an Action spell, etc.
Nice that is a good call out.
Intensified spell metamagic is actually great for shadow spells. Makes every spell of evocation, and conjuration have 5 more damage dice, in one single slot.
EDIT: nevermind you can't apply it to those spells

Yup that's definitely something I plan to do.
Sacred Huntmaster is an inquisitor with level 6 casting and favored enemy. That favored enemy spellcasting would be good. As would anyone taking the 1 level demonslayer dip.
I made a chelaxian bard, but their level 2 song currently doesn't work. So I made them feint to do the same job. Getting an extra full attack bonus attack with CHR bonus damage just for turning a song on and off is pretty nice. Next I'm going to get the 3 vital strikes.
Move over to enemies, get free attack from song, then vital strike. Get harmonic spellcasting so you can "cast" with songs, and be a zero spellcasting bard, where every slot is just buffs and heals for before/after fights. If I have room for boundless healing it can be the main healer of the party.
Now I just need to know if lesser celestial totem stacks with boundless healing. If they do a skald's cure light wounds should heal 1d8+20 (level) +20 (lesser celestial totem). Then the melee bard can REALLY be the melee bard, and use the skald rage.

Yup that would be helpful.
This DLC overall really boost Charisma base character spells and combat a lot, i dont even need Guarded hearth and able to boost attack rolls ro the roof with Skald. And also with Dispel focus and stuff, you have more tools ro buff and debuff now.
And by the way, Mythic Inspiration stack every bonus, means if you are barbarian with Inspire ferocity and Inspire courage, and Inspire rage, will be all stack together and each will get bonis from the feat

@@SlanderedGaming Yup, means you just get base bonus of Reckless Stance ferocity and inspire courage, then the rest bonus depend on your Mythic level.
But of course I only think about Pack Rager + bard, full team support class.
Anyone know when they added the Fresh Yohurt recipe? increases caster level of all spells by 1. also Trever's favorite food, but I don't have him to see what it does.
They added it with the Dance of Masks DLC.

I would say that Constitution bonus to the damage is actually BANANAS, because as a Barbarian, your constitution is going to be at least decent, and thats before any magical boosts. And that just gets added on top of your sky high strength bonus? On each attack? On a MARTIAL character with high BAB?
Ahhhh I actually have never played with Barbarian in this game so I completely forgot about that.

The Diva stuff just feels like it eats up far too many Feat slots or choices or whatever to be worth it... It feels like you spend three feats just to get the benefit of one good one.
Yup that's the way I feel.
So these feats and spells come with update or dlc?
I believe they come free with the update.
*Acrobatic Spellcasting* (Feat) : I had to re-read the description five times, and it still is not crystal clear in my head (you move with Mobility turned on [it is a toggle] and, if you succeed, you can then cast a spell and automatically succeed your casting?), though I wrote a detailed guide on how to avoid AoO in this game and how they work. With Combat Casting and Skill Focus Mobility, that would be a 3rd Feat dumped for that? It is all rather convoluted and should have been simpler.
I quickly concluded it wasn't worth it and didn't bother investigating further. LOL

Bards do get extra feats.
They get Bard Talents which oftentimes a player won't want to turn into feats.
I feel that those diva feats would work better with the Skald. Shame.

Why do you keep repeating the feats of the Diva line as if they aren't already required for the previous step ?
If you have Feint then you have Combat Expertise.
If you have Diva Style then you have Feint and CE...
Thus Ranged Feint is not a two feat requirement but a Three feat requirement: Feint (and thus Combat Expertise) and Ranged Feint.
When I originally wrote the script I did Feint feats in the middle of the Diva feats so it made sense to lay everything out. I agree after changing the order around I should've removed that information.

@@Jupiter47773 The worst part is, if you don't play on anything above core, its all bloat and padding and 100% unnecessary confusion. Pathfinder has always been full of unnecessary skill/archetype/feat bloat, theres a reason DND got rid of all of that, it was 100% the correct thing to do. Its way to easy to gimp a character in pathfinder by taking feats that say they do x but instead do y.
So... curse of magic negation, it forces the target to have to beat your caster level +10 to cast spells... You can take that on my hypothetical eldritch scoundrel legend of dispelling attack. I don't know quite how high you can get your caster level with items any more, but it's likely to be over 40 by a bit. Which means even a level 40 caster has only about a 50/50 chance to be able to cast spells. And with the attack of dispelling, and dispel synergy, and the sicken effect, and ambuscading spell, and spell spirit, along with a persistent spell, they have to roll the save twice at -8... Areelu... I would like you to stop casting spells now.
