Hey thanks Kelsey. On Tuesday before we pack it all up in a suitcase we will definitely get a final weight. Wanted to do the “before” gear list so that an “after” gear list would be more meaningful

Would be interested in seeing a post Camino pack review. My guess is you would not take several things next time (no shame, most of us have done the same thing). My first Camino, my pack weighted 16 pounds plus water, this summer, I plan to reduce the weight to no more than 13 pounds.
We do plan to do a post Camino pack review for sure
I suggest living out of your pack for at least a week. No cheating tho. You will be surprised how little you need.
We’re 4 days in and already talking about leaving some things behind. It’s crazy how little we really NEED.
Next time, pack a travel hairbrush!
