I wish every judge had control of their courtroom like Judge Kim... It's so annoying watching a lot of other judges that let everyone on zoom court behave like animals...

Re Master Harold's "mother" *They dropped the ball now they want to say he's a danger* If you wonder how some of these children ended up in the situation they're in look no further than the parents and family dynamics or lack of.
She is actually not wrong! You can see it from the replies JPD gave and the reaction of the judge to his replies. The mother did everything she was supposed to do in this situation (whether she did it when he was a child, we do not know). If you think you can control someone twice as big as you, you are very wrong.

REPLY Wrong or are you making the fallacious assumption that every good kid is smaller than their parents ???
I would add my father was 5ft 6in but the men under his control were often well over 6ft believe me when he said jump they never even asked how high they jumped as high as they could.
These men were not wimps they were trained men taught extreme hand to hand combat as well as using weapons.
My mother was in the same position she was 5ft 4in and if she told one of her men to clear the floor with a toothbrush there would be NO backchat.
They were both officers in the RAF and reached officers because they knew how to get the best out of people.
They brought up five boys all of us were over 6ft before we were 16 NEVER, not in our boldest moments, would we disobey them.
Not one of us has so much as a parking ticket, none of us smoke drink so much we get drunk or take illegal or recreational drugs.
Our parents taught us to face our problems not stick our head in the sand hoping it would go away.
For instance when I realised beyond a doubt that I was gay at 16 I had no hesitation in telling my parents.
The only question they had was
"Are you happy you're gay"
I said yes and they said
"Well where is the problem?"
As for these children the common factor is the family dynamics many are being bounced from one family member to another.
Some have been abandoned by one or both parents or have just one parent who think it's more important to be their friend than their parent. .
@@johnharling5246 We are obviously not discussing here about a good kid. No one considers him good, not even his mother. So stop interpreting whatever you want. Some kids are born this way, some become like this due to neglect, trauma and so many other factors. If he'd have a 6 feet, 350 pounds responsible father, I assure you he couldn't just get up and leave the home (when on probation) because he pleases to. The mom can only do so much at this point... He either listens or deals with the consequences.

I really suggest you watch a program called Worlds Strictest Parents where out of control kids are sent to parents who do know how to control children.
No corporal punishment is given just consequences for bad behaviour.
There is also a program called Scared Straight where brats spend some time in prison and "chat" with the inmates who explain to them the delights of being locked up in a cell 23 hours a days
This mother was a failure she probably wanted to be her kids friend and not his parent.
I repeat my parents managed to control the men and women under them and they were not angles many were given the choice of signing up or going to prison
Many of them were a foot taller and considerably heavier than my parents but they did what they were told.

.. questioning the authorities integrity rather than requiring accountability from her Son .
In 5 yrs this Mother will be asking herself why her Son is in prison doing 25 to life and I hope she looks back at herself at on tbis video and realizes her denial played a roll..

More Enabling Parents looking to make it said that thier Son isnt the crimminal he's being made out to be..
They too need to reflect upon this video when their boy is overdosed, shot or arrested as a result of being in the environments on rhe street while; n probation rather than beong at home at night.
I understand the mother needs help, he is out of control, but don't blame the system for him getting there to start with. She just wants them to fix it now that it is out of control.
This one mother who denies her 15 yo son does hard drugs is in denial I believe….just because she doesn’t think her son would do it doesn’t mean he doesn’t. It would be hard to acknowledge but sometimes the truth is hard to accept. She may be fighting the truth. I hope he hasn’t been but never say never.
I’m torn because although you’re likely correct, the science behind those sweat patches seem sketchy and inconsistent.
@@chriscoop6852 I do agree with what you said….I’m not exactly sure how those sweat patches work scientifically or medically….how they read and things. As much as I will say all day long my grandchildren will never do any drugs at all I honestly cannot say they won’t…we’re not with our children and grandchildren 24/7……and we don’t know who they’re listening too. I find myself needing to believe in something so I would hope these patches are that good….but probably nothing 100% full proof….wish there was.
