I like this judge as I only just came across him earlier but I have to say this was one of the most disappointing dockets. I prefer to listen to this dockets because they are unedited and not destroyed by CZcamsrs idea of creative talent. These are real american lives they are finding humour and entertainment in. These court sessions are very educational on many levels of society and govt, health, quality of life, cultures and beliefs. Seems to me the justice system does everything it can while still following legislation, to help the defendant/s etc. I see crazy behaviour and bad dressers and many that don't treat even a judge with any respect, that shocked me even I first started watching these zoom cases, I was floored at the behavior over never seen or heard before. I guess they felt safe at home on zoom cam. Their mothers never taught them good manners and values. Its just sad because children today are worse off than when I was back in the 70s and 80s, in sure people will relate in the US more than parents realise, and some don't seem to notice. Lack of structure in families is broken because of so many single parent families, so they have to work? Children lose, that's all I care about is their future. In still going to watch more of judge Kim's dockets, these cases I dont like listening to much as its just sad parents end up in court because they cant parent properly.

WRT misinforned comments - a landlord (or anyone else for that matter) cannot penalize a person within employment, contracts, lease, etc the exercise of a protected activty. That being in this case the calling of police services and/or simply being a victim of DV. Also, they continued accepting rent AFTER knowing of issues of children, rent, etc. The tenant issues should be addressed, but then don't continue the demand/acceptance of rent. Also, you cannot tell a tenant to relocate from appartment if they are ill, especially if they quarantine for COVID. And mangement opening closet door AND taking pictures inside it is a violation of privacy. AND advertising a bedroom closet and then penalizing for actual stated use is BS. U either have a closet for use of clothes, etc, or its a utility equipment closet, not both.

Judge ordered sequestering of witnesses. @1:45:10 - Owner remained in same room with mgr, hidden, until mgr for 10th time turned eyes looking up to her left (incl her whispering), and then a third fricking hand was pointing to stuff on PC (@1:46:05) screen about lease implying all minors under 17 requiring supervision...wtf. Contempt of court for disobedience of court? Plaintiff counsel even saw this and remained silent. I hate dishonesty...

The follow up hearing was very interesting. They broke for lunch and that was it…have no idea of the decision. When push came to shove, the mgr., the leasing office, and its leases had plenty of inconsistencies. Once Meg warmed up, her representation of the tenant was very good.

This is one of the many reasons why Judge Kim no longer streams detention hearings because the parents themselves think because it’s Zoom, they can act however they want and think the judge can’t say anything.

Anybody have any idea where the ending of this case is? Judge MddletonI as we all know likes to cut himself off talking right in the middle of a sentence so I don’t know if it ended because I can’t find the endings this case, yes I did check anywhere‘s with, the same date of April 1 which should’ve been the ending. As far as I know, I watch everything from April 1 to see if it was mixed up anywhere . Thanks for anybody that can help.
