Huge game, and a really important one to see as a jg Yorick. I get this gamestate often (bot turbofeeds, mid quiet, top ok but not stomping, or some variation of this) and seeing how you macro your way back from a massive team (and at one point, matchup) deficit was super helpful. Keep em coming :)
Couldn’t agree with this more, it’s good to see you can carry with this man as a Jungle too. I’m glad he put this out.
You'll definitely see this exact state often and it's the worst type of game. It usually happens when you play invade top heavy and the enemy jungle just goes well fuck it I'll dive your bot side on repeat.
I'm still trying to learn to alleviate some pressure bot lane, but fitting Yorick into every team comp isn't always easy.
Now this, this is the Korean server I've seen. Good job winning from that position.

@Ninetales I just learned today and with receent buff that Static shiv works on your ghouls and maiden. I am now building it as 3rd or 4th item and it makes an insane difference.
The funny thing is stattik, as well as hollowed radiance, is both a blessing and a curse. I'll probably do a video on my thoughts on stattik soon! For the moment, I would probably recommend hollowed over statik shyv and I would definitely recommend cleaver over both of those.
@@NinetalesOCE I prefer the more mage type Yorick players over bruiser and the statikk was a HUGE boost to my playstyle and winrate. I normally go Shojin, profane, fated ashes, now statikk, finish Liandre and grudge last. You have a little less defence with statikk over hollow but your damage and duel power sky rocket and from my experince you push faster than with hollow. Statikk work on every single ghoul(and charges faster because ghouls have leap) plus maiden suck and also makes it way harder for enemy to stop maiden. My maiden got a double kill today due to statikk explotion 🤣

Fuck me that didnt look to sharp at the beginning but what a turn around. Ive started playing Yorick and gone on a 8 game winstreak transitioning from Top to JG. The videos are really eye opening. Thanks
That Karma was a giga chad an the only one that understood to slow the game down. Actually got solo kills on the Irelia twice too.
Such an enormous difference when someone actually plays with you to win the game instead of playing switched off.

I am! We got lucky and IKEA just discontinued some stock so got a great price on their sit stand desks.
I was trying it out for the first or second time while playing, it's a different experience for sure.
Been using approach velocity for a while now as yorick mid and it caught people off guard when I zoom towards them from the E and the approach velocity. I add Serylda’s grudge for the indefinite approach velocity proc for better positioning of the w. I do notice that the approach velocity’s activation range is farther than what is stated (1000) but it seems like it’s global since serylda’s grudge slow applies from the ghouls regardless where you are.
Yeah so weirdly enough, approach velocity is global for the "you slowed" effect. So you will get global Ms if your ghouls slow someone on the other side of the map. I love the inspiration tree, I just find it hard to run with sometimes in aggressive games because it feels too slow.

That’s why I only put a point on approach velocity on the secondary tree and I use sorcery as primary. But yes, it can be slow especially when being behind and you got the magical footwear. The primary could be any rune tree type except Domination and inspiration.
I’m sure you’re already familiar that the stride breaker also proc the movement speed as long there are ghouls attacking any units (except structures). This and the approach velocity synergy get people off guard at mid even they’re using ranged champions. I would have 375 MS (magical footware lvl 1) and immediately have 500 MS.
I love MS items because it also gives the ghouls more hits (they also benefit from your ms).
PS: Love how you maximizing maiden for split pushing and the map pressure. Learning a lot from it! Looking to learn more!

Yep you're probably right. If I was in the right headspace, I probably would have gone straight to mid tower. But that game was looking dreadful and I thought a hail Mary Baron steal would be nice. Entering the pit vs taliyah is impossible though.
And yeah my micro is terrible at the moment lol. Making up for it as much as I can with mid game macro but you can see all my games are comebacks and never stomps which is annoying

Brah I think I miss E more than I land them. I can't even blame the ping anymore, I'm just god awful at landing the spell for some reason.
