Fed up of eating boring meals whilst wild camping, I decided to see what I am capable of cooking whilst on the summit of a Lake District fell, on todays menu I knock up a quick feta salad, pan fry some seasoned chicken and make some tasty chicken flatbreads. Hope you enjoy, and maybe give it a go yourself.

Such a great video. And I gotta admit, every time I watch a hiking or camp cooking video, I always think "I want to do that too", but (yeah you guessed it) something always comes in the way, but THIS coming weekend is going to be different. 🙂

You could do a cooking channel as well as a hiking/camping channel. That beats a boil in the back any day of the week and I would sacrifice the extra weight no problem at all, I gallstone may have an issue mind🤔, as they can be temperamental, if they are not treated gently. hahaha not suree about the cooking channel but I am gunna try a few short vids of the stuff ive been making, see how they get on, we've been lucky with the weather so far, hopefully it stays a little longer mate

Hard to be critical of your culinary skills. I'd forgo the feta. Not because i don't love it, stinking milk product allergies. Don't put a block of gorgonzola in front of me. I'll be eating and suffering🤣. Chopping all the veggies and hand tearing the lettuce is the absolute best way to do it. That's something you learn by working in a Greek restaurant, going to culinary school or watching thousands of hours of cooking videos😅. I never went to culinary school. The chicken looks awesome. I thought you were going to make the bread🤔. A simple flatbread is easy. Just need some flour and water. Maybe if you leave that kilo block of cheddar at the house you can pack some extra water😅. It's all fuel for the body and it should be satisfying. Be safe and have fun👍😎🐲💞

Love the way you used 90% of the Feta but that last piece would have been too much 😅 The extra weight is always worth it. My burger video Still isn't edited yet, sorry 😊
