I've watched the whole video but it is unclear, should I put a speed mobility sprint doctrine on them or not? It doesn't affect the counter attack, but maybe it helps them reach top speed quicker for charge damage?

I cannot see a big difference with sprint.
for example, 0.3 sec faster, do you set that doc? but it can get faster during normal move.
Charge buff makes this unit reach top speed faster I guess.
