I always liked your in depth analysis, so it surprised me that you did not know about a lot of skills/feats of Kriegsbruders
1. Blocking a melee attack reduces full assault cd by 0.5 sec (bottom line), and as you showed the auto attacks of the have block. So by X-ing them back to you and/or doing a quick X-V inside a blop you entered through full assault gives you a pretty significant cd reduction.
2. Full assault removes collision and, like you said gives recovery, so they can break enemy lines to kill close range ranged units like coconut throwers, flamethrowers or Shenjis
3. Their Charge has no wind up time, you you do full charge damage at point blank. You can duel Yanyuedao frontally with full assault and then do back charge at them to kill them.
in my opinion this all makes them a more beginner friendly Cav than Dagger Axes. Their maneuverability, block and heal makes them an easy to play and forgiving Cav as you only need to dodge enemy lancer cav and avoid frontal pike collisions. Dagger axes are slower and more hefty. They need battle map awareness as they need wind up for their charges and often a jump in enemie lines from your hero which gets most beginners probably killed as well as you charge canceled Dagger axes.
Ah? in this video, it is top line during x-attack. For me, Manuvering units is hard for beginners. So I recommend to use Lancer cavalry

The doctrine you show at 5:26 also heals the Kriegsbruders (at least in MyGame servers), I use it with the bottom veterancy line. Time the three skills correctly using the healing veterancy line, and they'll be healing themselves all the time.
That doctrine I test at ptr is not suitable for my style. So I don't use it

At around 3:30 you talk about how speed increases charge damage, which is technically true. You make an error here by using a doctrine that also includes slashing damage and slashing penetration. Finally I'd like to note that all speed related bonuses are capped once the unit reaches high speed status and does not gain more with higher speed. That is to say a 10 speed charge will do as much damage as a 13 speed charge cause both have max bonus.
At around 6:20 you talk about how other melee cavalry charges dont have a knockdown but you can clearly see that some of the units get thrown and are on the ground.
