I personally like final wars better since he has better meele with his combo system, also his beams are VERY GOOD. However millennium is still strong, he had a burn affect that does lots of damage, also the range on the pulse

He doesn't know what shift lock is that's why he doesn't use g21 that much also I like millennium due to its strong ability for one it heals you faster and damage you more and take less damage with a nuclear pulse which if you land can make you win a fight

tip for Final Wars Gojira when play as Final War Gojira go to safe spot and charge your V move, because when you use V move it gain you Beam level and all way to 2 before it used to be 5 but they nerfs only you can do 2, but be careful when you charge V move it make you weaknesses and make other player do more damage on you, and two stop his V move press his V move again. And another thing when you use the beam, It won't be available for you for couple second. And the reason why you kill Kong 2021 as Final War Gojira because the combo to get Combo you use your 1,2, 3 move to get it. Also sorry if this long tip for you Capi.
Edit After you get your V move into level 2 it will lock into you use your beam, and the combo will make your beam to level 5.
Final wars has been great for me, thats why i use it very much. So im picking final wars to win!

final wars is definitely better, the more melee moves you hit someone with your combo goes up meaning you get more damage, the V move (the rage move) just makes your beam do more damage so never use it close range

Millennium is the best. I have used him and crapped on Destroyahs and Muto Primes. If you know how to use him and max his durability before fighting he is easily an S tier Kaiju.
