I love ordering in the app too! So convenient, accurate, and less physical contact. Also, you always get your reward points. 🎉
You know that if you don’t have time to order on the app but you want your points, you can scan your receipts. Or even if someone else pays for the meal, you can scan their receipt if they didn’t already get rewards points. Sometimes i don’t know we are stopping until we are literally 80 feet from the drive thru and my best friend slams on the brakes to turn. So I just scan my receipt in that case.
I can't tell anything about the taste, but the appearance is certainly unappetizing. Don't think I could get past that.
As for me, I don't like the idea of basing a food item around dumping something on top of French fries, soggy or not.
I've never been one for gimmicky fries. Adding sauces and other things like that just lead to fries getting soggy faster. And TB's jalapenos really burn me up. Thank you Kevin.

I like the concept of this item , there just needs to be more of everything. The “grilled”cheese included. No more than what’s included this should have only cost $2.99 in my opinion.
I’ve tried this multiple times and it’s been inconsistent. I think sometimes these are made ahead of time and that’s why they’re soggy. Only a couple times have I gotten fries that weren’t completely soggy.
I also agree this should be in a crunch wrap or burrito.

I think you should have a Title for Thursdays called "Drive Through Thursdays." Still keep lunchtime review as channel of course and animate the beginning like a cartoon of you driving through the drive through!!!!!😊

👎🏼 to soggy fries! I am always hesitant about getting nacho fries for that reason. I’m not big on spicy, so no jalapeño burn for me. Thanks for a great review Kevin.

I think that when you order on line you never really know how long the food has been sitting, thus the possibility of getting soggy items increases, especially in a closed container.
That's actually true in person too. I try to always customize because you have a better chance of it being at least a little fresher. Problem is, no matter what, TACO BELL FOOD COMES OUT COLD!

Imo the nacho fries are a better value. That and a grilled cheese beef burrito. My go-to.
Those look gross and super unhealthy! ...hard pass. Taco Bell needs to focus on just making burritos and tacos...imo....lol
